Milan Laser Hair Removal Are Trademark Infringers

Hacker Bettia Williamson

In this Disclaimer to and for the unknown scammer people and the party that is violating my Boston Electrolysis Federal Trademark Registration Number Serial Number: 88520252  The  receptionist-Secretary blamed the Marketing Team foe all of Milan Laser Parlor Operators. These certifiable disreputable Marketeers low lives know nothing or very little about electrolysis and less about laser hair removal. These trademark infringers who lie and falsely claim, “laser hair removal is permanent which is gross exaggerated lie and it’s a FDA Federal fact that the FDA has ruled and PUBLISHED and publicly stated that Laser Hair Removal Parlors cannot claim and may not advertise permanent hair removal and the FDA has been restricted to claiming permanent “Permanent Hair Reduction”. FDA FACT SHEET HAIR REMOVAL  The false popularity of Temporary laser hair removal has decreased and not grown, prompting many laser manufacturers to claim false research and are seeking that the FDA to issue a false clearance for their lasers without a double blind study. Their market is  committing false advertising that the FDA cannot maintain an up-to-date list of all laser manufacturers however not laser device have not been cleared to claim permanent hair removal in any form or manner, as this list continues to be falsified. You will need to know if a specific manufacturer has received FDA clearance, you can check with the FDA  Falsified Advertising by laser parlors leads  to more false advertising by Milan Laser Hair Removal. You will need to know the manufacturer or device name of the laser. You can also call FDA Center for Approved Devices and Radiological Health because temporary laser hair removal fails to achieve Permanent Hair Removal! Consumer Staff, at 240-276-3103, fax your request to 240-276-3151 Manufacturers should be aware that receiving an FDA clearance for general permission to market their devices does not permit them to advertise the lasers for either Permanent Hair Removal or wrinkle treatment, even though hair removal or wrinkle treatment may be a by-product of any cleared laser procedure. Further, manufacturers may not claim that laser hair removal is either painless or permanent unless the FDA determines that there is sufficient data to demonstrate such results. Several manufacturers received FDA permission to claim, permanent reduction only and not permanent removal in any form or manner period. This means that these devices will not permanently reduce the total number of body hairs, they will not result in a permanent removal of beard hair period. The specific claim granted is to effect stable  permanent hair reduction and not permanent hair removal in any form and manner through selective targeting of melanin in hair follicles. Fact is laser is a total hoax and too many women have had third degree third degree burns from laser hair removal. Hairs re-growing after a laser hair removal treatment regime returns as Paradoxical Hypertrichosis, which may include several sessions causes more hair to grow in heavier. The number of hairs regrowing must be stable over time greater than the complete duration of the complete growth stages of Anangen,Catagen and Telogen. However when it comes to laser hair removal check with the BBB in your state and see hundreds of complaints with each BBB Location. The Laser is in trouble caused by greedy people and unethical doctors who disregard and infringe  other peoples intellectual property rights.

Hair follicles, which varies from four to twelve months according to body distribution. Permanent hair reduction does not necessarily imply the elimination of all hairs in the treatment area. FDA does not make comparisons between systems or how well or unsafe they are because lasers emit harmful cancer causing ultraviolet  radiation. FDA does not recommend one laser system over another. Lasers should not be because laser operators only 50 hours of training plus the laser causes blindness and third degree burns. Laser Operators should be licensed with a minimum of  thousand hours of training like a state licensed and registered electrologist like myself. cleared for body hair removal are also cleared for facial hair removal. It’s my professional opinion that being MD does not make you expert at laser hair removal because they don’t do it and their laser techs with only a paltry 50 hours of training work on people..The Electrologists win hands down since 1876 The Electrolysis Profession has been evolved by women and and now the MDs want to take our profession from us by hacking our websites and spending millions to advertise in illegal deceptive ways they violate FDA statutes. However the Laser Parlor Operators will brake  away from them when they realize laser hair removal is a scam. The cannot learn any thing from a measly 50 hour course.

Certain low life laser parlors are pretending to be Boston Electrolysis® which is identity theft the Laser Hair Removal Experts are illegally infringing my Boston Electrolysis® Federal Trademark having Registration Number Serial Number:88520252 because they are virtually uneducated laser parlor operators pretending and infringing Boston Electrolysis® Trademark and with their sleazy come on tactics they claim they do electrolysis hair removal which was verified as a lie. Dear Bettia Williamson I am informing you and your bosses know that I did not give them my permission to use my Boston Electrolysis® Federal Trademark Registration Number Serial Number: 88520252 in any form or manner. I find that your business does not list people in charge and I have asked you to you call me but you failed to do so because Trademark Infringers don’t like being caught by the way what gave them the right to illegally use my Boston Electrolysis® trademark name to steal hits from my website www.bostonelectrolysis.com I have worked very hard to be polite but your people are rude and poorly educated and lack manners. I would like to bring to your attention that a new domain I purchased titled Milan Laser Hair Removal. By the way your business name Milan Laser Hair Removal is not trademarked. You bought an old domain of mine known as bostonelectrolysisyelloepages.com so you steal hits from my website which has been online for 20years… BTW trademark law does not allow you to use Boston Electrolysis® in any form or manner because Boston Electrolysis is an incontestable trademark in its third term. How will you feel if I activated Milan Laser Hair Removal and steal traffic from your website and publish how I have been mistreated and discriminated against? I am looking forward to your reply that you will immediately cease and desist your illegal  use of Boston Electrolysis and by the way ignorance will not help you and federal trademark law stipulates and requires that you have to ask me for my written permission or I will make this public and send complaints to the Nebraska Medical Board, BBB and other business organizations. However you can avoid all of that by your immediate cessation and cease your illegal use of Boston Electrolysis in all forms and manner. If you want to make a decent offer I will sell you MilanLaser-HairRemoval.com. By The Way it was Milan Laser Hair Removal who violated my Boston Electrolysis trademark along  with Misgendering Violations by Bettia Williamson. In addition Milan Laser Hair Removal has violated FDA Statutes claiming that Laser Hair Removal is Permanent when the FDA has stated and published that Laser Hair Removal Operators my not claim or advertise Laser Hair Removal cannot claim Permanent Hair Removal inform or manner.

I began full body laser treatment in May 2022, and after more than two years and over 11 appointments, I’ve seen no results. Additionally, my face has been scarred. When I informed the technician, they assured me that a nurse would reach out to me, but I have yet to be contacted. Dont fall into this trap

Do not go to this place. Jay is rude and racist she laughed at me for asking a question and made smart remarks. Not only did she cancel my services without my approval but failed to explain to me my options. I have called many times and they do not answer. I would get cancellation text the day of my apt and then get rescheduled weeks out. Headquarters was no help. I keep getting told I will get a refund and don’t get anything. It has been months!!!!

I have an established profession relationship with the NP that works at one of the Sioux Falls, SD locations. I have been receiving their services for the past 6 months and I have come to find out that Milan is firing ALL the NPs and hiring cheaper replacements. So I will randomly get assigned a new employee when I’m almost done with my treatment. These employees AND customers are being treated horribly because this business wants to save a buck. Although the law has changed allowing nurses to perform the laser treatment NO ONE else in Sioux Falls is FIRING their staff and replacing them with inexperienced personnel. I could understand if back fills were nurses, then training wouldn’t be rushed and senior staff could help train. I have contacted customer service about a refund and haven’t heard anything.

Need them to cancel my subscription because I no longer want to use their services. Went to the Irving tx location recently for my appointment and told them prior to that I was late because of traffic and they still couldn’t give me an appointment. Had to sit on the waiting area waiting for my Uber back ( such a waste of money and time). Told them nicely that I couldn’t keep up with the appointments as they already know that my schedule is tight and on top of their inflexible schedule, it just wasn’t possible. I haven’t heard back from the manager who used to bombard me with useless spam emails as she has now become busy. It shouldn’t be such a hassle to cancel something that you won’t use and I truly regret stepping into their location,

I was subjected to monthly subscription when I wanted to learn more about laser hair. I was told the first trial was free and agreed under that term. However I am not pleased with the final result and was told to make another consultation when I was under the impression I could cancel my appointment and do not accept to paying $300 when I was told first session was free. I find this overpriced for what service was don

Everything was going well until my latest appointment on 5/18 at the Augusta location. I dealt with a different Nurse that did not take the proper precaution to avoid the damages to my skin. I’ve been left with a painful burn on both side of my face including my chin. The nurse did not dedicate time to ensure my skin was clear and free of any product as the previous nurse would. I’m very disappointed as I am paying on a loan for services with this company. This could’ve been totally avoided if the Nurse practiced safety and even asked if my comfort level was comfortable. My trust has been revoked with this pracReview fromSara H.

I went in for my 9th treatment on my underarms and my 8th treatment for my face. I left there in pain and the next day I realized I had been burned. I went back to Milan on and they confirmed I had been burned. The technician didn’t follow procedure by cleaning the area and didn’t offer aloe. I went to my doctor and he said that I received treatment that was poor in not only technique, but also settings. I’m not going back to Milan laser hair removal scams

3rd time rescheduling me for a “consultation”. When I rescheduled the 1st time, I asked the lady specifically, will I be able to decide what area when I arrive because at the moment, I don’t know and she said yes discuss it at the consultation. I said I might decide maybe underarms and bikini line but not sure. She said okay noted, also confirmed that the consultation will be at 2pm – 3pm & my free treatment will be at 3pm – 4pm. I say ok. The lady told me this hour would be long enough for the treatment & consultation. They confirm with me the day before via text, I reply yes. They confirm again via text 7am, I reply yes but she only confirms the 2pm appointment & says the free treatment is based upon contingency. So I say is the 3pm appointment not valid, what is the contingency of purchase/availability because the special on the website clearly says “Receive free treatment after receiving consultation”? If I’m only coming in for a consultation without treatment, it wouldn’t make sense for me to drive 25 mins & I rearranged all my appointments around this schedule. She calls & says to me she is confused? I say you are only confirming one appointment when I had 2 hr slots & the previous guaranteed that the free treatment was scheduled at 3pm. She said are you only coming for the free treatment? I said yes I want to know how it feels prior to agreeing to go thru with continuous treatment, I said I decided to go with lower legs, she says we can’t do legs or bikini line within the slot, have to do underarms but just come. I didn’t want underarms because I already booked an wax appointment. I say ok whatever, at this point I’m tired of arguing. I’m speaking with her 25 mins prior to my appointment which is the same travel time. So I shaved my legs & bikini line instead of underarms which I already was letting grow out for my wax, so I had to go back & shave my underarms. I arrive 4-5 mins after scheduled time @2pm at 2:04pm-2:05pm. She tells me you have to reschedule.

Mind you I only received a confirmation email, the first appointment, none received for the other 2 times. Rescheduled another week or 2 out because you’re late & we have to fill out paperwork??? 120 secs late because you called me & made changes last minute? I have a 1hr slot for a consultation, is that not what the consultation entails? Then she says there’s a person behind you? I say am I not the person behind me scheduled for 3pm-4pm for free treatment? She says No, that’s a different system? How do you have 2 separate appointment systems or did you double book 2 people? I say whatever. She tells me the appointment for next week & says it’s a hr consultation with a 15 min free treatment. I say how is it a 15 min treatment that you claim I didn’t have enough time for today? I say ok whatever. I remember after looking up the special online, the previous lady telling me all treatments range from 30 mins to a hr. I go back in because I decided I’m not going to inconvenience myself by having to go back & reschedule all of my appointments. I let them know I have a wax appointment for underarms, I don’t want to do underarms. She says ok I’ll talk to “Jazmin” previous person/manager I spoke to on the phone. She tells her to me she’s busy & she comes back & says I’m unavailable, she will call you. Then they call me the next day & say we only have a slot available for April 1st, I said the special ends March 31. She says well you have to talk to her… like huh I don’t work there? So I’m guessing this a ploy for them to gain new customers & bait them into paying for the service instead. Most unprofessional behavior I ever seen, wasted time, gas tank & energy. I went through with another laser service.

Yesterday I went for a consultation on Brazilian and armpit. Today I received a credit alert stating there has been a new hard inquiry added to my credit report. I immediately called the company as the clinics manager DeLise Lederer reassured me 3 times that they only perform soft inquiries, and assured me “It will not impact your credit score” I just gave birth a month ago and this was my gift to myself as a new mom of 3. My husband and I are looking to buy a house. I had ZERO hard inquiries on my account. When I called to speak with the manager and confront the misleading of sales, I was told she went into labor. I asked to speak with the Regional Sales manager and was pushed off to another clinic manager from a different store. They only offered two free treatments on a different body area. TWO YEARS. A hard inquiry last two flipping years and all they can do is offer 2 free treatments. Oh and a Starbucks gift card; like I’m a child. I feel so bad. Already fighting postpartum and wanting to do something for myself now I have a long lasting credit hit. And I have to break the news to my husband. I asked if monetary compensation can be adjusted to my current plan as I’ve not even started treatments. I’m so sad, so hurt. I feel so betrayed and I can’t even confront the manager that told me this lie. Then the other clinic manager said “I apologize, we know how pregnancy brain works” yes we do, but this is your job. You should also know how to be honest and trustworthy and know the proper procedures to perform your job without being deceitful. Shame shame shame on them.

About a year ago, I purchased a package for the removal of facial hair in the chin and jaw section. I began having the treatments and noticed appearance of white hairs. I was told these were there, but I had never noticed because I was focusing on regular stands of hairs. Pretty hard to believe on dark complexion there would be a significant contrast. The treatments are spread six weeks apart and I went to them and followed the care instructions. In the month of August 2023, my family suffered a tremendous tragedy my son was killed in a motorcycle accident. I was distraught and continued to make payments until I realized I was in grief, I was not satisfied with the new white facial hairs and making payments without treatments. I called and spoke with the manager, and she appeared to be understanding and explained she would cancel the contract, but then I later found out I still owe a difference. – I have contacted Ally and there has not been a resolution. All I want is for this to be resolved, I have a lot on my hands and its unfair to pay for service not rendered.

SCAM! The claim of a 50% discount at Milan for laser hair removal turned out to be misleading. I chose Milan for their RN-performed services, which I found reassuring. During a free consultation, I was told the normal cost for Brazilian and Underarm is $11.8K, but with a 50% discount, it would be $5.9K. Normal cost of full body is $28.7K, bit with a 50% discount, it would be 14.3K. However, this price was more than 50-60% higher than what others I spoke to during my research were paying for the same service currently at Milan, and I raised my concern immediately. I felt deceived. It appeared that they inflated the original price only to offer a so-called substantial discount, applying inconsistent pricing for different clients. My issue isn’t with the service itself, but with the dishonesty about their retail pricing, despite my thorough research. I advise others who have encountered similar issues to contact the Michigan Attorney General’s office. Under the Michigan Consumer Protection Act, price-gouging is illegal, and retailers may be breaking the law if they charge excessively compared to prices for similar products.

Do NOT come here for service! They only care about taking your money instead of providing you with a professional opinion. I have came to the Durham and Raleigh NC locations due to minor hair growth on my chin. I was just uncomfortable with feeling the few prickly hairs that I did have, so I had a consultation and explained that with someone from Milan Laser. I had also asked her during the consultation if laser is a permanent hair removal procedure and she reassured me that it is! INSTEAD of them recommending electrolysis, they decided to treat me. I had went to my sessions for a little over a year and I’ve noticed breakouts and dark spots in the areas treated, along with NEW additional hairs growing in from my cheeks and neck. Im not sure why my cheeks and neck was treated when I just needed my chin…but me being me, I let the lady do her job…. NOW I have to get not only my chin hairs removed but now cheeks and neck. Good thing I have found a wonderful office who does electrolysis and I have seen a huge difference after only 8 months…. Long story short, if you do not have severe hair growth, just get electrolysis. It is studied to be the only permanent hair removal and laser just permanently reduce hair growth. I have noticed a few stubborn hairs that has not grown back ever since using electrolysis …. Now I need to dispute this large bill with Milan because they trick you into a contract that covers you for a “lifetime”

I went in for a consultation at Milan on Dec 19th2023, the consultation went well. I was interested in Milan’s services. I had raised a few concerns to the sales rep. I had told her that I work in IT and I may move out of the country soon if that would be a problem after signing with Milan. She said that if i had to move out of the country, it will not be a problem, they will go through the Synchrony bank & have a way for me to cancel my treatments. Additionally i mentioned that i get painful cystic acne on my body when I shave & that could happen after I laser & i may have to stop. I took a chance, signed the contract, received one laser treatment on my navel and areola that day (19th) & it was my first experience of laser it was painful. That same day i was experiencing irritation/redness of the skin & I emailed the sales rep about having second thoughts & trying to cancel. She gave me a phone call the next day reassuring me that i am not locked in & I can take some more time to think about it and that she will be out of office until the Dec 28th. On the 28th i emailed her saying i want to cancel my services at Milan due to my uncertainty of relocation, & my sensitive skin conditions. I received no response so i called on Jan 2nd to officially cancel & move forward because i knew payment would be due on Jan 25th so before this gets delayed i should pay for the one session i received & STOP the treatment. The sales rep was unprofessional, & was not listening to my concern & letting me cancel. She avoided the fact that I am saying that i do not want to continue & that i did not like the service i received and it did not suit my skin. I called Milan’s Client Coordinator # & told them i want to speak to a Regional Manager & not go through a sales representative for canceling. Now I am waiting for a call. but i did my part of trying to cancel 4 times, the day of, day after, on the Dec 28th by email, on the phone explicitly on Jan 2. my skin is reacting badly

I started laser hair removal with Milan around November 2022 and was paying 400 every month. My contract was for two years. I got all my sessions done but what they never told me was that they bumped up the laser which was very painful in the last three sessions and I have a high pain tolerance. They didn’t inform me about this until I asked which made me upset. I thought that it was all going to be worth it at the end especially because I was seeing results. It is now December 2023 and after being done with my sessions I noticed hair growing back. Why should I keep paying the rest of the treatment didn’t work? I’m not the type to complain but if I’m paying for something that didn’t work I expect for someone to reach out to resolve this iss

(Shelbyville Rd., Louisville KY) I arrived 5min late for my 4pm consultation appointment, and the staff told me I would have to reschedule. Even though Milan requires the consultation be 45-60min, this individual insisted she needed at least 60minutes to complete the consultation. And because I was 5min late, my appointment was cancelled. My husband rushed out of work to meet me there so he could take our 3 young girls home. I parked at 4:03pm, switched vehicles with my husband, walked in at 4:05pm and was told I was too late to have even part of the consultation do

Dear Milan Laser, Last year, I can acknowledge that I did receive treatments from you. I was told a part of my package, I would be making payments through the covered care Westlake portfolio. Westlake Portfolio has been threatening me and saying I owe them money more than 5,000 dollars. After talking to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, they believe that the people you provided me to make payments to are scammers. I have asked several times for proof of documentation when I asked for a loan, as well as proof of signed documents. As I do not recall asking for that and I was told that I will simply just be making payments. My last session with you guys was in the year 2022, so I am confused as to why they are asking for money now. I was told there would be no interest and I was also never told it was a loan. But here I am a student apparently owing more than 5000 dollars for a service I do not use I have already begun reporting them to the FTR and would like to be compensated for the payments and transactions made to the covered care/Westlake portfolio. I also feel like, as a student, especially an international student with no steady form of income, I was not given the full amount of information when I agreed to the laser treatments. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially as this issue has been going on for a year now, and I would just like to be refunded and compensated.

While I do like the service I’ve gotten, they were not transparent on the “sales are final” and on the fact that the website advertises that they have payment plans as low as $47 per month, the manager of the location gave me one price of $78 for my face and then they charged me $140ish dollars the first time I started the face and neck plan. I tried to have it changed and the lady stated that they have on me on their “lowest” plan already and said her manager would call me but she never called back. I am also starting to have worse effects post laser hair removal and have tried to contact their medical side who give me the same advice that did not work previously.

I’ve had an incredibly horrible experience with Milan Laser Hair Removal. I initially was interested in getting a Brazilian. I had my consultation in June and was told I was still too tan and had too much of a tan line to get treatment. I understood and was fine with waiting until the fall or winter until my tan line faded. However, I told them that my tan line never goes away even throughout the whole winter. I can stop going out in the sun in July and I will still have a tan line the next May when I go back out in the sun. It fades a lot during the winter, but never fully goes away. They said that was fine and they will be able to in the winter. I was also interested in getting it for my underarms so I signed up for that and started treatment then. However, I went to my first appointment and they told me that my underarms were too tan and I had to wait for that as well. That was confusing to me because they were seriously WHITE white. No tan at all. But I rescheduled for a month later. I got an underarm treatment done, but still couldn’t get the Brazilian done. This happened MULTIPLE TIMES. I went to a different place the next day after I went to Milan and the new place told me they have the same machines and all they have to do is switch the settings when they go from one side of the tan line to the other. I signed up and got a treatment the next day and it has been perfectly fine since then. I went the whole winter and sure enough my tan lines never went away like I said. I tried to cancel my membership at Milan and I still haven’t had any success. At first, I called and they said I had to come in to the store to cancel. So I did that and the “person I had to talk to” was never there. I called corporate and got put on hold for forever and then disconnected. I just want a refund for the services I paid for and didn’t receive. I genuinely don’t know how to do that considering they’re making it impossible for me to do. Whatever you do, don’t go there or use them.

I signed up for face, armpits, and full legs. I was told that the payments would be conducted overtime, with no interest. I was also told it was 75% off — the total was 7000 USD for three sessions. I’d been to plastic surgeons before who would charge 250 for the face and roughly 400 for legs. In six months, total its only about 4000/ USD. Not only did they charge me almost double this, which mind you price gouging is illegal, the payment plan wasn’t offered to me. I never received a contract and had to call in to find my near 1000 dollars in payments were mostly interest! My sessions are almost done but you can’t tell me this is legal. I was told ZERO INTEREST PAYMENTS for LIFE. I was given almost 25% interest… I don’t mind paying equally to what other locations would but this is insanity. I may need to contact a lawyer. The staff are always lovely, kind, and clean but these predatory loans are worse than loan sharks. There’s no way I can afford to do this with interest and the price not actually being 75% off (My total was 7000 so how is it still 7000 with 75% off?). I got o the Monroeville, PA location.

Before the consultation, you’re asked to sign a form that “all your questions have been answered” – when I asked the front desk if that could wait since I had not talked to anybody yet, I was told that there would be no consultation unless I signed it. The consultation goes over information that are online – poor, but acceptable business practice. It is, however, the only way you can get a price. 40 minutes into it, they get to the price and ask you for your income and SSN to see the “financing options” available to you – this is BEFORE you get a price. I asked to just get the cost – what if I could pay it all without financing- why should I disclose personal information? I had to push for this, which was uncomfortable (and made them mad, obviously). After the consultation, I concluded that Milan was not a good fit for me. I sent the following email to the person who had done the consultation: “[Name], Thank you again for your exhaustive lecture the other day. I have concluded that Milan’s setup is not the best fit for me and I am not planning at this time to sign up for your plans. I would very much appreciate you deleting all the personal information that you asked me to share at the time of the consultation. Kind Regards, [my name]” I received this response (with no introduction and no salutation): “I was just doing my job. I do not own Milan Laser. I do not get to choose how they do business. The consultations are required of me. You were and continue to be very rude. Maybe because you live in [neighborhood] you feel that you can treat people however you want? I hope you find the right place to make you happy. Your application for the payment plan has been deleted.” I guess expressing hesitancy when asked to sign that you have all your questions answered before you even have a chance to ask them, and requesting to have a clear estimate before providing additional financial details is

I was told the first payment to sign up was a one time payment. But it wasn’t. I was paying $356 a month plus $84 with Ally lending. I was barely making my payments on time for treatments. When I moved due to the military and called Savannah, Georgia’s Milan location to schedule. No one sent me an email for my session. I paid more than actually getting the sessions done. I have seen results, yes. But it is killing my pockets while going to school now. I called Milan customer service to cancel. The manager said sales are final. It just has been a waste all year, I have not even made it to 10 sessions yet. I cannot keep paying for this. If I can afford it in the future I will do so. I went to the location on Shelbyville road Louisville Kentucky and the manager, Meghan, accused me or calling her entire staff liars and stated that because I was much younger than she that my complaint wasn’t a big concern to her. A nurse, Sam, was going to do my treatment and then said that I’ve never been treated in that area despite me having 4 prior treatments. She then said that I was telling her how to do her job and that she knows what she’s doing. She also said that there must’ve been two people with my name and birthday in her system for me to be right. I didn’t care about being right. I wanted to be sure that the area was being treated with the proper strength since the laser gows up per treatment. She then said that there were new protocols and couldn’t do the area of treatment. I couldn’t even get another area treated that day despite driving 45 minutes one way. Then when the manager called, she belittled me for over 20 minutes over accusing her staff of any wrong doing, said that I was calling her entire staff liars, cut me off at every chance she could when i would try to ask her questions, my problem wasn’t an issue because she’s a 47year old woman and she didn’t have time to hear about someone younger than her having this problem, and that she was going to report me in her notes that she was writing during the conversation. She even admitted that there were issues and complaints towards this nurse, Sam. In 4 years I have never had one issue at that location but there is a huge issue now with how they treat clients.

I went to the Gaithersburg, MD location. They have great, clean facilities and laser techs. They’re friendly, professional, and very aggressive in locking in sales. This year was my first time being financially independent so I was a bit naive, and the consultant was superrr persuasive and nice to me. I was ambivalent about it and was having a hard time deciding, and she was very persuasive and got me to get the 16k package. They will advertise big sales (50% off) and pretend like you can only get it if you sign ASAP, even though they have the “sales” pretty much year-round. Looking back a couple weeks later, I can clearly see that they very much rushed my decision process and took advantage of my undecisiveness and naivete. Hair removal is great, but I just don’t have the money for it. I’m sure I’ll be able to get my money back but I wish I could’ve avoided all the stress and anxiety from this purchase. So if you’re not great at standing up for yourself, you should definitely go in with a trusted friend, just like you would when going to a car d

I went in for my free consultation on June 1st. I wasn’t happy that I couldn’t get an average cost over the phone, I was told by the store manager that I’d have to go in-person as the cost is different for everyone because it’s based on each individuals custom needs. I assumed that meant the areas in question were going to be evaluated by the professional and given my estimate for me personally. When I showed up, we talked for 10 minutes, I was never evaluated for an estimate. I drove an hour for a conversation for 10 minutes in person. I’ve wanted this done for years so I was quite serious about having it done but I wanted to discuss price with Milan and then my partner, especially because it’s a large purchase. The store manager kept talking as I tried to make a decision of what I wanted and wasn’t sure if I should call or wait to talk to my partner in person about it. I got excited in the moment as the store manager shared her experience with laser treatment done at her location. Before remembering that this was a joint discussion and decision with my partner, the store manager asked me which I would want to do and if I needed payment plans. I handed her my credit card and put the full amount on my card. I left with an appointment for the next day. I felt purposefully distracted and letdown by Milan in Portland. The next day I canceled my appointment and asked for a refund. I was told only the store manager could issue that. I called the following day to speak to her and she explained she didn’t have that authority and she’d have corporate call me. They haven’t and I want a full refund. This was too much for cost and feel tricked into signing. Even though this is already charged in full to my credit card I can’t afford this treatment, nor did my partner and I want to get the treatments through Milan. I certainly feel uncomfortable with the staff in my personal areas. I just want a full refund

I was told that in order to see a price I would need to put in my “information”. Since I wasn’t providing any bank information, I was sure that I wasn’t purchasing anything. Little did I know, they ran my credit and took out a loan in my name, even though I said that want to think about the price they offered before purchasing anything. I was NOT aware that I was signing a contract and NOT aware that a loan in my name would be taken out on the SAME DAY AS MY FREE CONSULTATION, without having any treatments done. I cancelled my first appointment and called the loan provider to cancel as well, in which they informed me that I would have to file a dispute. It has only been a day since I first visited them, and my experience has given me so much stress and anxiety. Doing business in this manner is wrong. The area i needed done was mostly light hair, she told me she could get most of it without even looking, and said I needed to sign today for 50% off. She kept pressuring me to sign andvwould let me read everything without interrupting me. I called after 8 visits to cancel cause there was no progress after 8 visits, I was told sale was final. Now i paying out more money for electrolysis hair removal to be able to ready for surgery in August which may have to be rescheduled again cause I wont be ready. Called 3 times now to get canceled and some kind of refund cause the results they promissed did not happened , they treated the area needed done even though they knew with light hair it wouldnt do much, waist of money. I cant afford to pay for this anymore and they just tell me sales are final. I havent been there in months due to the fact their results never happened like she promised. Went into my consultation appointment and the manager was very nice. Before I knew it she had me check my credit and was approved. She gave me a scratch ticket and I got 50% off and she immediately gave me prices. I was completely unaware of everything as it was happening so fast. She also kept saying how good of a deal it was because of the 50%. While trying to read through the legal terms she kept making small talk and rushing through signatures. On the final one she said all sales are final literally after signing it not before and again making small talk. I received no services that day which I am happy for and was scheduled for a few days later. The next day I called Ally and asked to cancel the loan they opened a dispute. I emailed the store manager to cancel everything as I could not afford any services. She emailed with other packet options but still I declined. I sent her a final email requesting the cancellation and she has not answered the rest of my emails. I don’t want to wait longer because of the loan issue. I also have requested to communicate via email for paper trail. I messaged the main website chat and asked for a corporate email the response was they would message the store manager. I am still waiting for a response and working with Ally for the loan dispute. I am so disappointed in myself for signing something but felt rushed and I had so much anxiety and feeling like I would come off rude if I said to stop the process. I definitely should have done more research reading through these reviews definitely makes me feel tricked and scammed.

My 1 free treatment I requested to be my face and they obliged. ended up being my first treatment because I had paid for the full face package. That ended up being ky first actual treatment seeing as i had purchased the full face package The credit checks ended up being hard inquiries. After being reassured that they wouldn’t. I’m pregnant and have been advised by my OB to not do any sort of laser until after the baby is born. But because I won’t be working afterwards, there’s that loss of income. I asked about canceling and they no. But that I can receive assistance through Allegro. ?? when I asked for their headquarters number, they said that HQ doesn’t have a direct phone number. But I can call their payments line. Honestly, at this point I’m might have to take legal action.

I was unable to see any of the spaces where services are provided b/c they were “occupied” I was told that I came in just in time for the best deal and encouraged to just see what I prequalified for, and was subsequently pressured into signing a contract and loan for unlimited laser hair removal services. I have not had any services, and I feel like I got played. An appointment was immediately scheduled and now, if I have a bad experience, I’m locked in. If the company goes bust, then what? This is a set-up for a money grab and I won’t get the full value of this contract for services. It’s really expensive, and not something I want to finance or be held to a contract without knowing the level of service first-hand. I’d rather do a pay as you go situation for something that is unproven. I don’t think it’s prudent to enter into a contract for services, sight unseen. I believe this is by design and I feel duped, coerced, and strong-armed into this mess.

Staff were kind, however without giving me adequate time to read through the contract details or have it looked at thoroughly, I was pressured into signing a package contract for a 36 month loan. The process was extremely rushed with significant pressure to decide, sign, accept on the spot. At no time prior or during the consultation was I told I’d have to sign a loan for their service. I was handed a scratch off card to receive a discount. The card I scratched was for 50% off services and was told that was the first one she had seen scratched for that amount. I was hesitant about this ladies information. She was over the top friendly and now looking back, She was feeling me full of crap. They are offering 50% off on their website. When handed a tablet to fill out I was unaware what it was for. When asked I was told it was “a soft credit pull and nothing else”. Unfortunately that was false information & misrepresentation. It was in fact for a loan through ally with monthly payments in the amount of $109.00 for 36-Months. Ultimately I was misled, pressured, and coerced into signing the contract and loan, which I did not have adequate time to review. I had less than 5 minutes to read the materials before I was asked if I was finished signing and rushed to go ahead and schedule my first treatment. I was so hesitant after I left there that I really didn’t want to go to my first appointment. In April of 2022, I went to Milan Laser Hair removal for a consultation. After being pressured about the benefits with choosing Milan Hair removal vs others, the pricing, the packages, the less than 10mo. results, reduced sweat, and the pain free treatments, I was persuaded into not only applying for a loan, but also told service can start immediately that day. Every detail and piece of information during my consultation has been false. Not only have a found I have been ripped off with the pricing compared to others and time frame, but I have now hit my year visit with little results. In addition, I have also had each person that performs the laser treatments tell me different parameters/graphing for certain areas that I specifically chose during consultations which has caused areas being missed. For example one of my areas was my neck line which was supposed to be my earlobe down but some ladies have only treated the back of my neck and down. When I specifically brought up my concerns to the ladies, some have continued to neglect that area. I continue to have problems with my target areas being treated consistenly. Another major concern is the pain. I was told these treatments are pain free with little downtime. That was a complete lie. After the 4th treatment I have dealt with even more pain each and every time to the point of I have to ask to stop very frequently. The ladies that have performed treatment have said to take NSAID prior to treatments, which I have done with no relief. I have also had these areas throb for hours after treatments. And they told me they will continue to go up on the strength of the laser so we can see results which I informed them I don’t think I could do. I also brought up my concern about the amount of sweat and smell I have developed since starting my treatments. They acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about, but after researching this issue, this is a very common problem that I was unaware of. I want a refund.

I felt pressured into signing this contract and immediately went about cancelling it. I received one treatment during the consultation and called multiple times offering to pay for the one treatment while cancelling the rest of my loan. I eventually went in person and was told that cancellations were very rare which I find hard to believe, but was promised a refund for the remainder of my loan. After 2 weeks of no follow up, I called back and was told that it “takes a few days to go through” (even though it had been two weeks). This is one of the most excruciating processes I have ever gone through and the worst business I have ever been involved with and I genuinely hope that nobody else falls for this the way that I did. I want nothing more than to get out of this contract & loan, yet after 3 months have made no progress.

I have been trying for over a month now to have my services canceled. I spoke with Kathy who oversees the Cincinnati area stores on January 20th and she assured me that we would be able to cancel my contract and receive back a partial refund. I followed up via email on 2/2/23 and 2/10/23 and as of 2/15/23, I have yet to receive any follow-up call or email from anyone at Milan Laser.

I should have never signed up ************, and I would warn others to stay very far away from Milan Laser Hair Removal.

On 1/10/22 i received a text message regarding prices going up and they wanted to know if I would like to purchase an area, I responded and was sent over an application to fill out for **************. I was approved and booked a consult online for 1/11/22 at 1PM. On 1/11/22 i was contacted by the Utica branch manager who stated she may have COVID and would have to cancel my consult and would reach out to me, that night i received a text stating I should be receiving paperwork to start my sessions, no paperwork was ever sent. I reached out on 1/16 and 1/18 to see if they could send my info over to the Syracuse clinic. On 1/18/22 i was contacted by a Manager in Syracuse who let me know that because they previously had to refund me in the past they was not willing to let me start up another contract after I already went through the credit process and was approve because they did not want to take a chance at refunding me again. I let them know that the reason for the refund was because of their employee and the lack of her professionalism. I have never experienced a business who feels like because they had to refund a person that person is no longer able to repurchase, ********************** they are a very money hungry business, unprofessional, and raciest. I asked for their business policy to see if in the policy it states they do not provide refunds or repurchase agreements and have not received it. This business should be looked into immediately.

I originally visited the ***** location on 8/19/21 for the free consult. I felt very pressured to sign a contract. It felt very much like the process was sped through. No pay per treatment option was provided. I have done 5-6 sessions and I am very happy with them. However, I have hit unseen financial difficulty. I called the center to see if I could cancel my contract. I am not looking for a refund. I would just like to cancel my contract and discontinue services. I was told it was not an option. There was no digging done on the company end to find out what options I had or what exactly I am going through.

I went for a free consultation and the information was misrepresented to me. I was told if I proceeded I would be approved for a loan. I then received an email saying I signed for a loan even though I never agreed to it. I called Milan to try to cancel this and they said it was a binding contract. Milan is refusing to cancel even though I never received any treatments. Please be aware!!!!

I had my consultation and first treatment on 7/28/2022. I thought the staff was friendly, if not overly so. I felt like I was pressured into signing up for it that day when I really wanted time to think it over. She mentioned several times I’d save even more if I paid in full and honestly the thought of signing up for another loan scares me so I paid in full. I truly don’t have the money for that and I now regret ever going and feel like I am trapped into something I don’t even want anymore.

I am normally happy with my experience at Milan, however their location is in a high traffic area, and they are very unforgiving about the 5 minute late cancellation policy. Today I was only 3 minutes late when I arrived to their waiting room and sat down. The staff members were out of sight as they had HVAC technicians assessing their unit in a back room.

At 4:53 pm (8 minutes past my appointment), Christine ******** who I later learned was the manager came out and asked if I had been helped yet and I said no. She then pulled up my profile and said I was late and my appointment had been cancelled.

I was already painfully aware of their strict 5 minute late policy as I’ve been turned away before for being 10 minutes late despite trying to call ahead and no one picking up the phone.

This time however, I narrowly arrived within the 5 minute window there just wasn’t any staff to greet me. Also… we were having this conversation at the 8 minute mark when she knew no one was at the front desk and I had been sitting there for an unknown amount of time, so i was baffled that this was being made an issue.

A moment later the secretary returned after finishing up with the HVAC technicians and confirmed that she had marked me as a no call no show and that unfortunately since they book their appointments so close together and mine was only 10 minutes, they didn’t have any wiggle room to squeeze me in today.

I then pulled out my phone and saw a cancellation text 3 minutes after my appointment time.. which was premature of the 5 minute late policy

Having driven nearly an hour for this appointment I said I understand if I need to wait, but considering my appointment is so short they should be able to fit me in somewhere.

The managers repeated they cannot fit me in today as they are booked full to which I responded that I can wait, but expect that even if staff has to stay a few minutes late to accommodate my 10 minute appt I expect to be seen today.

    Customer Response

    07/29/2022

This interaction was completely unprofessional and if I were the employer, would want to know how the manager of this location is encouraging her staff to treat guests. First acknowledging that I had been sitting there not checked in because no staff was at the desk… then leaving the room and returning a few mins later (we are now at 8 mins past my appointment time) to say she SAW me walk in late was a bold faced lie. No one saw me walk in.

It was 5 mins past my appointment time when Christine saw me sitting in the waiting room not yet helped.. l was not walking through the door. Regardless… I was still seen within their 5 min grace period so to lie and argue in front of other guests about this was in poor taste and does not build customer loyalty.

Despite Christine insisting they were fully booked and couldn’t squeeze my 10 minute treatment in, I said I don’t mind waiting, and if it means your staff has to stay 10 mins late to do right by your customer, I expect to be seen today.

I did ultimately get treated about 20 mins later… but not without a lot of grief from Christine. I plan to transfer to a different location for future treatments to avoid future run-ins with h

The consultation was great and they show you and I for you a lot about laser removal but after 40 mins when the presentation was done I signed up but I’m upset now because no one mentioned about my credit being pulled. I’m paying out of my own pocket and now I have a credit company calling me and asking for my information and I didn’t sign up for any credit. It’s a very pricey company as well just for my lip area and I found a cheaper place that’s not going to be 3600 dollars

I don’t even know where to begin. I was really excited to try something new and to get the best care possible and at first Milan seemed like the best place to receive the best care possible until it wasn’t. In the consultation, I expressed that I may need to cancel my treatment after I moved, but I was “comforted” when Ashley told me that if I no longer wanted to be treated then I would not pay therefore not get treated. She also said that my I would be paying for 7-10 treatments depending on the progress, and that I would be paying for 12 months of treatment. So, I went in for my first treatment on April 14th, 2022; it went smoothly, and then I noticed that my payment was taken out of my bank account automatically which I did not agree to. I asked if I could be taken off the automatic payments, and they said it was not possible and that I would have to cancel my card and that I would just receive notifications that the payment did not go through. I also realized after having a conversation with Ashley that the contract that I was practically pushed through, was written up for 23 subsequent payments which I did not agree to. The contract also states that any failure to pay will result in immediate alert to pay the remaining balance of the entire treatment plan (which is not cheap) and that I was not told about or was able to stop to read about. I now realize that no matter what, Milan only cares about their money, even if they know you are financially struggling. They simply do not care I was lied to. I am hurt, and I feel taken advantage of, and I simply want my treatment, and payments cancelled!

I was pressured into a contract being told I was saving money. The contract states that you are paying for 10 sessions when you probably won’t need 10. You are stuck in a contract for your health when that can change at anytime for 2 years. They tell you there is no way out and there is no reason why you won’t be coming in. The doctor more like sales person told me there are no long term side effects. I have not gone in for a single session. I do not want laser hair removal. They will continue to take money from my account monthly regardless if I come in for sessions or not. Plus I had my son with me who is only 8 years old and I was just wanting to talk about my face and legs. The woman started bringing up bikini waxing and giggling along with diagrams of female body parts I was not expecting my child to see. I have tried to call corporate. No help. The loan the pre approved me for has been canceled. I am unemployed and cannot afford this service. Felt extremely pressured and vulnerable for just a free consultation.

When I went to the free consultation I was young and was unaware of the prices since nothing is posted online. I went in hoping to get the prices and then I was going to talk to my parents about if truly is anything I could reasonably afford. When I got the prices I knew it was nothing I could afford but ending up feeling pressured to purchase something I didn’t really want. I felt bullied and belittled in that room to the point where I ended up trying to go through with it. I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to leave the room unless I signed a contract. They kept asking me which option I wanted and I kept trying to tell them I wanted to talk to my parents and do some calculations and they kept saying things like I should call them because otherwise I won’t get a certain % off. I ended up signing the contract reluctantly. I still feel like I was taken advantage of. At first when I was starting the treatments I tried to remained positive but I didn’t even want to go. It was something I felt I had to do not something I wanted to do. I ended up trying it and at first it wasn’t so bad. I saw some progress but the last time I went I experienced extreme discomfort and still haven’t gone back because I don’t want to experience that again. Last time I was there they talked about how people with PCOS sometimes don’t see the best results and I wish I had known that before. Right now I’ve paid everything off and my hair has grown back completely everywhere. It was not worth it and I would not recommend signing a contract with them. They should have plans for people to be able to end treatment and get some money back. I cannot believe they say the only option is to cancel the treatment and not the payment. I have no interest in ever going back because I felt taken advantage of and the treatment is too painful for me. I’m hoping for some form of refund.

I had a consultation with this company. The advised me that the laser doesn’t remove grey hair. I had no grey hair at all on my face. At all!!!! Since I been getting the treatments I’m starting to have grey hairs all over my face. Not one time did they say their products would turn my hair grey because I wouldn’t have agreed to that at all. I’m having a problem with black hair on my face and most definitely don’t want grey hair on my face. I feel this company doesn’t provide all the facts when telling you about their services. I have attempted to contact them. Waiting a whole week and no one has called me to discuss my issue. I being a voided. I want my money back. There’s no way I’m paying for this service then have to pay an additional company to wax my face. ******************

I had a consultation with Milan on 11/30/21 and signed up to receive laser hair removal treatments. In my opinion it is a very high pressure sales situation! The consultant stated that this was the last day that they were offering a black Friday deal and convinced me to sign up to have two areas treated on a 36 month payment plan. After I returned home and discussed this with my husband, we decided that this was more than we could afford to pay. I checked the documents that were emailed to me and they said the activation date was 12/7/21, so I reached out to the consultant to see if I could modify my agreement. I requested that I only have one area treated right now and instead of the payment plan, I could pay for that area in full to receive a 5% discount. The consultant stated that all sales are final and she could not change my agreement. That was very upsetting and now I’m really not sure how I will afford the service. Again, my biggest complaint was the high pressure nature of my meeting. I felt I needed to sign up right then and sign up for all the areas I wanted treated up front.

INVESTIGATION OF HAIRTELL.COM OWNER ANDREA JAMES FORCED TO FIRE JAMES WALKER VII CPE

An Electrologist’s Open Letter of Disgust to Andrea James

Hi! I want every to know Andrea James aka the fake Trans Activist claim to be a filmmaker is a gross exagerated lie however she is crooked Trans-Activist formerly based at Lucile Avenue in Los Angeles, California.  Again people are looking for her new fake address. More info here: The owner of Hairtell.com is Andrea James and for your information she is not an electrologist in any form or manner plus her knowledge of electrolysis and hair removal would not fill Tinerbelles Thimble.  On the other hand James Walker her former moderater of Hairtell.com- is an illiterate do it yoursself self-taught uneducated unlicensed electrologist who robbed a client for almost $10,000 using the using the Hairtell.com- website.com which is presently owned and operated by Andrea James for the past ten years. However Andrea James refuses to make restitution for James Walkers theft, read more below.

Without one doubt Andrea James is a Writer, Director, Filmaker and Trans-Activist Gone Bad!  Formerly based at 952 Lucile Avenue Los Angeles, California 90026 Andrea James is just a short drive of five minutes or a short 2.3 mile walk to her Mail Box Etcetera account located at Deep Stealth Productions 5419 Hollywood Blvd., #C142 Hollywood, CA 90027.

https://jokestress.com/2018/02/05/electro_clients-robbed-at-executive-clearance-hairtell-com/

James Walker former moderator  is also a common street thug who can’t resist bashing Transgendered Electrologists who are educated, licensed and expertly skilled. However James Walker never mentions that his boss Andrea James is the owner of Hartell.con is in deep trouble because 350 Transgendered women including myself have signed an open letter of complaint and disgust against Andrea James for her crimes against the Trans-Community. Andrea James and her partner Calpernia Adams have been indicted by the entire Trans-Community for the following offenses; 1. Absence of good-faith arguments, 2. Misleading personal attacks, 3. Traditionalism and ageism, 4. Misgendering and accusations of “privilege”, 5. False hierarchies of trans women, 6. Hypocrisy and feigned offense, 7. Siding with mainstream prejudice, 9. Hiding behind “homophobia” to defend transphobia and 10. Elitism and exclusion of queer trans women from queer culture.

Andrea James Gave James Walker a Personal Reccomendation For Cleanliness However Take a Look at James Walkers Office!

James Walker VII CPE and Andrea James are two peas in Pod when it comes to being evil. Presently there are 350 letters of complaint against Andrea James and more will be forth coming and after her complaints more complaints will be forthcoming against James Walker who is a graduate of the Andrea James Hate & Smear Academy.  They did not mention Andrea’s other offenses and crimes such as; extortion, abuse of power, yellow journalism and slandering licensed and registered electrologists on her websites Hairtell.com, Hairfacts.om and TS-Roadmap.com in her attempts to sabotage honest hard working Transgendered Electrologists who own businesses nevertheless Andrea James and James Walker use of hit and run Cyber-Hate is an absolutely repulsive example of Andrea James trained lap dog and  recently canned moderator of Hairtell.coms James Walker.

In the intervening time since being deposed as moderator of Hairtell.coms James Walker VII CPE former moderator has turned 99% of Hairtell.com into a collection of jealous needy non-licensed uneducated electrologists who spend most of their time ripping off consumers and poor-mouthing successful educated licensed electrologists on Hairtell.com.  James and his gang of non-licensed “Certifiable Quacks” claim to be TG Friendly Electrologists however they hate state licensed and regustered Electrologists who are educated, licensed and work harder to persevere. Where would HairHell’s forum be without its minority of it’s one remaining Ohio licensed electrologist Dee Fahey aka the new Hairtell moderator who banned Hairtell’s ultimate Top Ten Contibutor Mike Bono known as Santa Babrbara’s Mouth That Roared. It was Dee Fahey the new morderator of Hairtell.com who purged all Male Chavanistic Swine Electrologists aka Top Ten Contributors. Dee Fahey electrologist would always rescue Andrea James and James Walker after having made incorrect electrolysis statements and she led the charge to remove James Walker moderator. Nevertheless I wonder why James Walker and all his non-licensed TG Un-Friendly electrologists on Hairtell.com will not explain why they never mention James Walker VII CPE?  Is it because they are jealous and will do anything for money including stealing it. The FTC should look into this?

Andrea James is under great pressure and lack of moral ethics where Andrea James forced to fire James Walker VII CPE as moderator of Hairtell.con for missing funds taken from his client German-Girl. Since than Hairtell.coms membership has evolved into a bigger crime-ridden cesspool of crazed bottom feeding dwellers who are non-licensed uneducated electrologists trying to steal your money. James has been deposed and Hairtell is no longer his protectorate of evil where he viciously attacked and lashed out against mandatory licensing of electrologists because he cannot make the grade. On Hairtell.com, Hairfacts.com and TSroadmap all the electrologists in Arizona, Washington, New York, Texas and Pennsylvania are uneducated non-licensed electrologists electrologists with no morals and a complete lack of honesty. Avoid Hairtell.com,Andrea James and James Walker VII CPE and all it’s members claiming to be electrologists because they are crooked scam artists. However we have to ask Andrea James the owner of Hairtell.coms website why she has not returned the $10,000 paid by German Girl to James Walker. Mr. James  walker has fled Buffalo New York and opened a brand new office in Rochester, New York called Emancipated Electrolysis and he’s listed on Hairtell.coms website with a link to his new office http://www.emancipatedelectrolysis.com. However Consumer Beware Mr. Walker owns it but does not list his name or any information that he owns Emancipated Electrolysis!

Hairtell.coms Number One Scam and how it Works.

Hairtell.com is a failed a forum it’s and collection of wannabe uneducated non-licensed electrologists who will never achieve a state license and registration to practice electrology have driven off the few licensed electrologists. Since Mr. Walker chooses not to avail himself of proper training, he must build his business off of false claims and testimonials through his deployment of fake uneducated non-licensed-electrologists who pose as fake consumers with an unwanted hair problem looking for electrologist on Hairtell.con forum. God help the innocent consumers who register on the forum asking, “Does anyone know a good electrologist in my area?” James and his fellow vultures would swoop in with their exaggerated lies that say, “I know one… and then they themselves pose as consumers who have nothing but good to say about well… their own work. It is a funny sort of self-referral. Unfortunately this scam is perpetually perpetrated by Hairtell.cons forum members known as Top Ten Contibutors and everyone gets a kickback including the one remaining minimally educated licensed electrologist who sold her soul for thirty pieces of silver to become Moderator. In addition you will find many of Arizonas non-licensed electrologists on Hairtell.com!

Discrimination and bigotry against Trans-Women electrologists by Andrea James and James Walker go hand and hand.  Just Google, “An open letter to Andrea James” owner of Hairtell.com and you will see Andrea’s James is in serious trouble with the entire online Trans-Community.  Furthermore James Walker VII NLE aka “Non-Licensed Electrologist” of Hairtell.com moderator defends illiterate non licensed quacks claiming to be electrologists who inflict so much pain on their clients that they resort to the use of painful anesthetic Lidocaine- Marcaine injections before their electrolysis treatment. Hairtell.coms uneducated self taught electrologists lack the skills of theoretical practical application and they cause extreme pain.  Therefore James Walker and his crew of merry misfit’s do their best to poison and suppress the truth. Andrea James is not an electrologist and orders James Walker to harass me and other licensed and registered electrologists with hate, threats and slander. However just click a link below and you will learn how Andrea James, James Walker and Calpernia has used and abused the Trans–Community with their sociopathic personalities.

In Arizona Andrea James ordered James Walker and his non-licensed quack electrologists to slander myself and other licensed electrologists because ten years ago I refused to pay her extortion fee for an electrolysis referal in addition I caught her page-jacking my website. Therefore I asked Andrea James be removed from TSroadmap.com, Hairfacts.com and Hairtell.com and she started in with hate campaign against myself. In addition it was Andrea James who ordered James Walker to arrive at my office to  inflict and commit assault and battery upon myself. I have no doubt that Andrea James ordered James Walker to attack me at every opportunity o Hairtell.com because I refuse to submit to her extortion and hate tactics.  Since September 21, 2002 Andrea James has slandered me and has done every she could do to hurt me including attempted assault and battery because I asked to be removed from her websites.

Andrea James is not a friend of the Trans Community and James Walker have attacked many qualified state licensed and registered electrologists using every lie and dirty hate tactic in the book to destroy their livelihood. For over ten years Andrea James and James Walker infringe peoples civil rights by slandering them, calling them insane, crazy and even quacks. Andrea James and James Walker are the real quacks that illegally judge, jury and convict Trans-women electrologists and business owners without the right to a trial. It about time the Trans-Community petitions and requests that the Department of Justice and the District Attorney investigate Andrea James and James Walker and put them on trial for their hate crimes against the Trans-Community along with extortion and their other Hate Crimes.

It’s amazing in Arizona Andrea James and her hatemonger James Walker sides and refers Trans-women to Arizona’s least unqualified non-licensed uneducated electrologists instead of a highly educated qualified licensed and registered Trans-Electrologist with 36 years of experience. The difference is Andrea James and James Walker slanders me on her websites because I refuse to pay Andrea James or James Walker a kick back in any form or manner and for years I have fought them and their sub-human criminal enterprises. So the Trans-client never has the opportunity to receive quality electrolysis treatments by a TG Electrologist because Andrea James could care less about Trans women because she hates Trans-Electrologists who are state licensed and registered electrologists. I know Andrea attempted to hack my site and she and James Walker should be arrested, tried and convicted and sent to prison! However if James Walker sets his foot within 300 feet of my office he will end up at Sheriff Joes Tent City for extended length of time.

You can read the links below and learn the truth about Andrea James and James Walker and it will not take long to recognize James Walker as her partner in crime!

When you are in a business, naturally you take a look at what the rank and file of non-licensed electrologists  to see what they are up to. There are plenty of honest websites out there that feature professional licensed and registered electrologists developing their practices with expertise and personal integrity. Then there are the websites that would make any reader want to pull her or his wanted hair. Some sites leave even the trusting wary of the services offered, the qualifications of the providers and, in the worst circumstances, uneasy at something that is difficult to put one’s finger on. Of all the spurious sites, that ascribe to Andrea James and scribed by James Walker The VII, CPE has pushed the the pedal to the floor with his unabashed encouragement and promotion of uneducated non-licensed electrologists, one has the feeling Mr. Walker and Andrea James have gone around the bend and sooner or later they will crack up.  James is so ashamed of his office located at 2243 Genesee Street Cheektowaga/Buffalo, NY 14211 because it’s such a dump that rats got up and moved out. However James has gone to great lengths to hide his office photograph from the public that he placed a fake picture on Merchantcircle.com so people would not see his real office which is a menace to the public’s health and Buffalo’s worst eyesore. Take a peek at the at the bottom of this page to see the real Executive Clearance Super Friends Headquarters. However we have to ask James Walker VII CPE why he calls other electrologist’s offices a dump when his office was condemned by Buffalo’s rodent population as being unfit for ratss.  Eeek, eeek James don’t you know it’s wrong to throw rocks at glass houses?

On a recent visit to Hairtell.coms, I truly had to do a double take and I  thought had stumbled on to a joke website, after all, for people who don’t deal with unwanted hair problems, the whole topic of hair removal seems to be good fodder for jokes and with his conjured endorsements like “Hairtell Pro Top Ten Contributor”, consumers are having flashbacks to the Tonight Show and the Daily Ten. Through a dubious claim to excellence, the first place in this countdown to classless incompetence is well deserved. James W. Walker VII, CPE (Certified Professional Electrologist) ranks as the number one “HairTell Pro Top Ten Contributor” . However Mr Walker has a brand new title and has proclaimed and anointed himself, “The Electrolysis World Champion.” on every single post. To view his first Youtube masterpiece” Straight Talk About Permanent Hair Removal The Executive Clearance Way” one can only conclude Mr. Walker either doesn’t take himself seriously and the viewers does not know whether to laugh or cry nonetheless I cannot stop laughing while feeling pity for Mr. Walker. As adults we have choices to better serve our ourselves and to demand more from the supposed representatives of the hair removal profession. So together, let’s look more closely at  self-proclaimed super friends of James Walker VII C.P.E. AKA the “Electrolysis World Champion”.

James W. Walker VII, CPE Moderator, Top Ten Contributor & Self Anointed Electrolysis World Champion,

James W. Walker VII, CPE a Non-Licensed Certified Professional Electrologist on Hairtell.com were he is the moderator casually lists his occupation as a “Board Certified Professional Electrologist.” Nonetheless James Walker VII, CPE “Board Certified Professional Electrologist” forget to mention a few minor details such as where is the asylum that actually certified him located and where did nbsp;he attended a formal and nationally accredited electrolysis school? Additionally James Walker the VII, CPE, “Board Certified Professional Electrologist” claims the American Electrology Association endowed him as a “Board Certified Professional Electrologist” after completing a mere 120-hour Certified Professional Electrologist course, which he claimed to deliberately  have flunked the test first time to make a political statement. Understandably our Electrolysis Profession is riddled with incompetents like Mr. Walker who operate in New York state which has no mandatory licensing and registration of electrologists which makes makes enforcing the law upon him most difficult. James Walker claims competence in a professional occupation that demands medical knowledge and proficiency and for an electrologist to be competent one must be educated, trained, tested and licensed and registered. Furthermore in being so politically bold, James Walker VII, CPE is unaware that only a state board of  licensed and registered electrologists and an accredited electrolysis school can certify one as electrologist before you take your requisite dual state board examination of written and practical.

For the general publics information, the 120-hour Certified Professional Electrologists examination is a fourth grade level multiple-choice  examination that does not require a high school diploma, GED, no criminal check and I almost forget to mention there is no examination for the “Practical Application” of electrolysis. Furthermore there are no requirements for applicants to provide a required health certificate attesting that they have no STD’S or communicable diseases. James Walker proudly-proclaims to be the Official Electrologist To PEP An Intimate Social Club which is rumored to be sexual fantasy club in Buffalo New York. Is this is a person that you want to perform delicate precision hair removal treatment?  Nonetheless what scares me the most is that PEP members and are not required to have mandatory helath checks for sexually over-active members who could have contracted an STD also know as Sexualy Transmitted Disease. Our society lives in the shadow of AIDS and no professional has the right to endanger the public by having irresponsible casual sex without regard to the protection of thier spouse. family and love ones in any form or manner period.

Every American licensed and registered electrologists is aware that Electrolysis is a 100%  American Invention and when your electrologist purchases cheap copy-cat foreign manufactured computerized epilators and equipment they lower the quality of your electrolysis treatments. Furthermore you send more American Jobs to foreign countries that make cheap copies  of high quality American electrolysis equipment copied by foreign companies. Furthermore I warn all  consumers, licensed and registered electrologists not to post comments on the hairtell.com forum which has become James Walkers Trans-Bashing Out Of Control Lynch Mob that twist your every word into lies and hang American licensed and registered electrologists for expressing the slightest offense such as promoting mandatory education and licensing of all electrologists which Mr. Walker vehemently opposes. However the Hairtell Lynch Mob has Anti-American Motives and that is to sell foreign made electrolysis equipment  and supplies which are cheap knockoffs of quality American companies like the Hinkle Company and the R.A. Fischer Company which merged. In 1985 it was the R.A. Fischer Company  that innovated and manufactured the worlds first computerized programmable epilator first used by me at Boston Electrolysis® in 1985.

BUY AMERICAN

Meanwhile our Hairtell.com mob leader Mr. Walker with his Anti-American Agenda were he and his non-licensed electrologists assassinates the character of American  licensed electrologists and American manufactured computerized electrolysis epilators built by the Arthur Hinkle Company and the R.A. Fischer Company. On the other hand Mr. Walker does not mention their cheap imitations are made in China and sent to Canada for resale under another name. Quality American manufacturers like the Hinkle Company and the R.A. Fischer Company of California merged and I know all their equipment and parts are 100% American manufactured and built  by Americans which means American  quality and jobs! In addition as a practicing Massachusetts Licensed and Registered Electrologist since 1979 and I am Utah Licensed and Registered Electrologists with 33 years of professional experience using the latest R.A. Fischer CBX-PRO-BLEND Computerized Programmable EpilatorSeries Four Model an electrologist cannot do better. On the the other hand if you carefully follow Mr. Walker and his Hairtell Mob’s comments you can see there how they cleverly and repeatedly post the same anti-American remarks that undermine “Made In The USA”.  On the Hairtell Forum they undermine American values, American ethics, American Wokers and American ingenuity by constantly subsidizing cheap foreign manufactured epilators made in China, shipped to Canada and repackaged under another name and than sold in America as a quality product? I don’t think so!

Presently I am conducting an ongoing investigation as to foreign owned company that hired Mr. Walker  with his uneducated Transbashing Hairtell.com mo whoseb job is to undermine American Electrolysis Equipment Manufacturers and American licensed and registered electrologists. Presently their using the Internet to broadcast this old form of “Payola” that led to FTC investigations and violations of Fair Trade Laws and FCC violations to broadcast them from. However I feel sorry for  honest hard working Americans who have loss their jobs because of Mr. Walkers Anti-American agenda. On the other hand our moderator Mr. Walker has turned Hairtell.com into the capital of TG-Assassination with sub-standard non-licensed electrologists who possess the lowest attributes ever witnessed. About 99% Hairtell,com’s rank and file members are non-licensed electrologists in the following states Arizona, California, New York, Ohio and other states where unethical Certified Professional Electrologists use Hairtell.com as their base of operation to conduct thier dirty business tactics. You ask what kind of dirty business tactics they use? On Hairtell.com their favorite tactic is to pretend their a client with an unwanted hair problem trying to locate a good electrologist they can trust and from that point on overtly sympathetic Hairtell Practitioners say of poor dear I dislike hearing things like that and than all of them subtly bash the licensed American electrologist she is going to. This is done out of greed and what better way to bash your competition than hiding a behind a computer with an assumed life and name and one the worst offenders is an electrologist from Midwest who should be investigated for her unethical conduct let alone breaking every rule and regulation in the book regarding ethics while praising cheap subsidized foreign maufactured electrolysis equipment.

JAMES WALKER THE VII CPE WORLD CHAMPION TRANS-BASHER ON THE HAIRTELL MOB OF ASSASSINATION

Mr. Walker VII CPE the moderator of Hairtell.com has created an evil cult of vile, liars, cheats and thieves who will do kill for a thin dime. Usually when you become a moderator of a forum your assuming a post of  honor, honesty and integrity and  it was not meant to be used as his  personal pillar  of impunity to cast fictitious lies and aspersions while subverting the law and threating your competitors with assault and battery. Mr. Walker has turned Hairtell.com forum into a Board of Assassination were state licensed and registered electrologists are publicly bashed. How is this done? Why all you have to do is logon on Hairtell.com and click the button for your state “Hairtell Practitioner Locater”  or Haitell Forum Issues however you will end up in their “Boiler Room” on a page with Hairtell Top Ten Contributors and there the ones to watch out for because they pay the most for unethical electrolysis referrals. Their mode of operation is group effort of overwhelming attention that  religious cults use to recruit new members. They  fawn over the consumer with overwhelming sympathy while questioning him or her while confusing the consumer with questions they ask “Well its sound like your unhappy with your electrologist? ” After that they confuse him or her to the point that he or she believes she had a bad treatments and this is where Mr. Walker VII CPE moderator and his Top Ten Thugs move in and make a referral to one of their Top Ten Contributors or or a member in another state and afterwards Mr. Walker and his boss Andrea James take their cut and pay down the line while the unethical electrologist  or laser operators pays them for a kickback. To make  it look real they put in a ringer who is a an unknown Hairtell Top Ten Contributor posing as a consumer with an unwanted hair problem and he or she will  endorse and say, “I went to her and she’s great electrologist” however Mr. Walker as the forum moderator has many identities that he uses to clinch deals.

These are such despicable illegal acts that violate Federal and State Laws and I have seen so many unethical electrologists on Hairtell.com were they manipulate consumers into a funnel of waiting vultures of Hairtell because Mr. Walker runs this “Scam” with his most ardent Hairtell Top Ten Contributors violate consumer laws, The Fair Business Act  and all state board rules, regulations and ethics. The fact that unethical Hairtell Top Ten Contributors have a group mode of operation where they commit illegal acts across state lines is a federal offense. I know some of the non-licensed electrologists real names who are from the following states; New York, California, Ohio, Illinois,Arizona, Colorado, California and Florida. In the end my goal is to send reports about about Mr. James Walker and his gang members to  the FTC, FCC  and every State Board Of Electrologists, State Board of Cosmetology and the representative of Consumers Affairs Office in every state in the USA.

JAMES WALKER & THE INTERNATIONAL GUILD OF ELECTROLOGISTS

Mr. James is a connoisseur of bogus electrolysis diplomas and his connection to the now defunct (out of business) International Guild of Professional Electrologists.  This Guild was a typical “Diploma Mill” and James claims he was within 11 votes short from winning the Presidency of The International Guild of Professional Electrologists whose membership at the time of the election totaled 23 members. The IGPE makes the non-licensed electrologist look and sound credible. Advantageously, membership to The International Guild of Professional Electrologists a defunct out of business based in Canada required no examination, no state regulated electrolysis education and no required state license and registration as an electrologist to become a member. The The International Guild of Professional Electrologists recognized the good faith and valid bank checks of its aspiring members. As a testament to one’s admission into this noble quasi-organization, members were awarded the most ornate and beautifully embossed diplomas I have ever seen. With a font like that who could question a non-licensed electrologists qualifications?

FAKE ELECTROLYSIS TITLES

I will always be baffled by the amount of energy that individuals and groups put into skirting the state regulations of their desired professions. Admittedly they have creativity and skills in their favor given their ability to generate long names and to maintain fake websites which mislead the uneducated and unsuspecting consumer; but why expend so much energy to avoid legitimate education, training and certification? Having never been admitted into the Guild in its glorious heyday, I may never know its deep dark secrets. If, however, I continue to question the practices of Mr. Walker and his mob, I may reveal its character and warn the public. Though not the skin of their noses, it is their skin to worry about. My on line publications The Five Star Electrologist© and The Boston Electrolysis Journal© will soon publish a phony list of quack electrologists and the aliases they use on Hairtell.com so the Trans-Consumer can check out every Trans-Bashing Electrologist on Hairtell.com organized by Der Fuhrer James Walker VII, CPE.

DEE FAHEY IS NOT A TRANS- FRIENDLY ELECTROLOGIST AND SHE’S A TRANS-BASHER AND HER OFFICE IS DUMP,

Professionally speaking as member of the TG-Community it’s  apparent James W. Walker who claims to be TG Friendly is a gross exagerated liar and isn’t consistent with his less than friendly verbal abuse and outright bashing of  Trans-Women who worked hard to become state  licensed and registered electrologists. James Walker VII CPE and Dee Fahey dish out his hate inspired discrimination and their worst offenses of “Outing and Trans-Bashing Them” on Hairtell.com. On Hairtell.com Mr. Walker  and his Resident Troll Dee Fahey supports James when he calls Trans-Women, “Humanoids, crazy and other insults including he, she and it”. In addition James Walker VII CPE learned to “Out Transsexuals from his boss Andrea James the owner of Hairtell.com.”. He is certainly inconsistent and self-serving in his claims and thusly he proves his vociferous claims about one’s sexual identity usually have relevance only to the one making them. Rarely do they have importance in one’s professional profile. Aren’t we trying to move away from such biases? I at least had hoped so.
