Non -licensed and poorly educated electrologist that’s all i can say. Make sure you ask questions about their their credentials advertising which is sketchy and they spam and copy successful licensed and registered electrologists names and use spam tactics. It’s your right to ask the prospective electrologist what state they are licensed in and what electrolysis school they they attended and graduated from. The best thing you can do is go to their state board of electrologist website and you can do a search like find their present license status. BTW go to the California State Board of Electrologists and put their name in and you will find the correct information. If that fails call them and like any other state board of Electrologists and they will help you. Only 36 states in the USA license electrologists. It’s your face and skin and just checking your electrologists credentials will make the difference between an excellent comfortable treatment and a nightmare. Always ask yourself would you go to a non-licensed doctor? Of course not and why should you go to non-licensed electrologist? BTW these states listed below do not license electrologists in any form or manner: Arizona, Washington, Texas, New york, Pennsylvania, North Dakota, Montana, Minnesota and the rest you can check for yourself. I hope this helps you and below is a short list of fake titles that non-licensed electrologist use.
By the way the fake titles below are tricky and when you call the prospective electrologist beware because many of them will say I am Certified Professional Electrologist and go to the American Electrology website where I am listed. However most people are unaware that this is a diploma mill and their testing is true and false multiple choice questions and they are not tested for their practical skill and ability in any form or manner and they are not an electrolysis school period. In my professional opinion they are diploma mill and the supposed electrologists have never attended a state board of electrologist approved electrolysis school. What’s most notable is they learned from other non-licensed certified professional electrologist and at best its my professional opinion that’s equivalent to attending Mickey Mouse Academy of Electrolysis. Only a state board of electrologists can license and register an Electrologist after taking a two hour written examination and a one hour practical examination. I forgot to mention that all State Boards of Electrologists run a back–round checks before you can start a state board approved electrolysis school.

The newest man-made plague known as Laser Induced Paradoxical Hypertrichosis can set in anywhere from three to five months post Laser Parlor Treatment. Unfortunately, this side effect is not as rare as you may think and the physicians are suspected of with-holding the truth. Rather, it is a nightmare causing women to grow heavy, coarse, masculine beards affecting anywhere from 15 to 30% of women who’ve undergone temporary laser hair removal treatments. The women that have had different high temperature laser treatments experimented on them can and do develop Paradoxical Induced Hypertrichosis.

The only permanent solution which is Electrolysis thus double dipping you the patient; talk about a money grubbing this is a shame to dedicated electrologists.
It’s amazing how the FDA has failed to mention laser treatments after patients had suffered first, second and third degree burns from laser hair removal. Now they are doing it again with Paradoxical Induced Hypertrichosis. Laser Parlor companies are lying when they advertise Permanent Hair Removal. FDA Statutes forbid them to claim permanent hair removal. The only practitioners capable of achieving Permanent Hair Removal are professionally educated and trained, “State Licensed & Registered Electrologists.”
Many Laser Parlor Operators slowly became aware over time that laser hair removal therapy stimulates hair growth soon after the laser was introduced in 1998. However, Laser Parlors knowingly spin a web of deception that Laser Hair Removal Treatments are safe, effective, and not permanent when in fact they are actually stimulating heavy facial hair growth on all treated areas and most notably the face has heavy beard growth like a man. After you laser treatment your face is nice and smooth but the hairs always returns.

For your information the only reason electrolysis works is electrolgist treats and destroys the Capillary root blood supply of the hair and that cuts off the supply blood that nourishes the cappilliraies and the root of the hair dies and no more hair growth and thats why electrolysis is 100% effective. If the laser operator increased the current to cauterize the papillae also know as the root he or she would burn off an inch or two off your skin . But the unethical owners laser hair removal cover up the truth and reality and that’s why those Laser Hair Growth Baseball Caps actually stimulate new hair Growth…Its simple and scientific laser hair removal unproven and it generates allot of into your skin which inrcreases the blood to very follicle that nourishes each and hair on your face and body. However the doctors know this but their attactive laser operators that only had forty hour laser course and that’s the perfect employee whose told what to do and say and say.
To this very day laser parlor manufactures of laser machines have steadfastly refused to do a double blind study to prove whether or not laser hair removal actual works and is a 100% failure. For 24 years Laser Operators claim they have got the red laser, yellow laser, blue laser, green laser, white lasers and even the Yag Laser however the best they can do is to turn their the lasers on low so their clients do not screech in pain and end up with third degree burns. In the end Laser Operators say, “The Laser does not work on white hairs, grey hair, blonde hairs and transparent hairs.” Well it’s most obvious the laser is a hoax but it is great place to have butt kissed and say oh you good. Today’s modern Electrolysis computers have counters and when you reach the apex of the area your counter will graph how many hairs treated with every treatment and than you will the actual hair count go down with every treatment and the 40 hour laser operator cannot do that.
Laser epilator manufacturers claim to have completed single center studies that included all patients who underwent laser hair removal from 2218 to 2022. All or most cases of laser induced unwanted hair problems were assessed clinically by history; examination and hair growth were caused by long-pulsed alexandrite laser epilation. Nevertheless none of this information has been made public. In addition their study never included one or a group quality educated state licensed and registered Electrologists to a render a single professional opinion.
Some doctors reluctantly state, “Laser Induced Paradoxical Hypertrichosis clinical features of patients with post-laser AKA Paradoxical Hypertrichosis were compared with 50 patients randomly selected from among all those who had undergone laser hair removal at their center.”
It’s my belief that certain unethical physicians claimed the results of 489 patients, without being specific and providing photographs of their post treatment laser patients. In addition they did not admit to a complete and independent double blind study. In essence it’s a whole bunch of over the top hoopla also known as misleading propaganda without any substantial study. They did state and pointed finger at the long-pulsed “Alexandrite Laser and reported increased hair growth after laser hair epilation.” There is a longstanding a trend for this adverse effect to occur in all skin types plus they never mention the other. However as electrologist I have observed thick black hair from patients that have had intense hair growth of 75% of the face including the neck. However the laser parlor physician as compared with the unaffected comparison group has not been made available for the public at large… However a small number of laser parlor operators did not provide sufficient power to effectively test factors such as age, sex, treatment settings, and number of treatments statistically.
As the crow flies laser parlor physicians need to have a verifiable double blind study of at least 1500 women that have had laser hair removal that resulted in Paradoxical Laser Hypertrichosis. I have seen six cases in a mere three months that have resulted in Paradoxical Hypertrichosis where women have developed a very heavy beard just like a man.
In essence if you have laser hair removal treatment than you should have the laser parlor operator attach a rider to your laser hair removal contract that requires the responsible party to pay for your electrolysis treatments should you come down with, Acute Paradoxical Hypertrichosis with a large increase of hair growth.

The history of Electrolysis and Electrology would surprise most people. My profession was founded in 1876 for the purpose of relieving “Trichiasis” (inflamed infected ingrown hairs of the eyelid). This condition left untreated can result in blindness. In 1952 the profession was among the first to use sophisticated solid-state equipment. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts formed a state board and began requiring licensing and registration for Electrologists in 1959, and in time there were similar state boards in 32 states (although Arizona still lacks one). In 1985 Computerized Programmable Epilators became available, and in 1996 the FDA upgraded electrolysis equipment to the status of a class one medical device. Electrologists alone have been granted the right by the FDA to legally claim Permanent Hair Removal while the laser hair removal fails in all categories. Our field is fully professional, a medical discipline in fact, and the reason for the virulent opposition to a state board here is the fact that many in the business would be out of work after failing the sort of examinations real Electrologists must pass to be licensed. These hold-outs would prefer 50-hour training they can breeze through, usually in weeks instead of years, ultimately at the expense of their patients. Shoddy work At Acclaim Car & Truck Repair Three Strikes and Your Out
Is it three strikes and your out? Well I placed allot of faith, money and trust in Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tullys Money Pit aka Acclaim Car & Truck Repair and I am terribly disappointed after Ken Tulleys first first transmission rebuild failed. Lightning strikes twice and ten days in the shop and nine more months Ken’s second transmission rebuild failed and Ken TULLY refused to honor his guarantee and charged me for a second repair that I had made payments on to repair my transmission .Mr. Tully could not get it right and refused to refund my money for his two total failures to Rebuild my Transmission repair for the first and second time. It’s my opinion Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully victimizes women to overcharge them because he spends allot of hard my earned money and did a sloppy job and I noticed bottles were lying everywhere. Finally I took my vehicle to Johnathan Butler of AAMCO transmission located at 2727 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257 to get it repaired right the first time and it came with AMMACO courteous polite employees and its famous three year 100,000 mile warranty. Kenneth Wayne Tully was not willing to honor his word and warranty in any form manner plus he refused to call me, answer in any form or manner. I am hurt and angry and out thousands of dollars I paid Kenneth Wayne Tully for doing a cheap shoddy job and he would not honor his word, warranty and take responsibility for his reputation stands in the shadow of AAMOCO and his word is worthless and not to be trusted and he refused to answer the phone using his impolite sister to block my calls.
Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tulle\y owner of Acclaim Car & Truck Repair who claims to be the very best in Scottsdale Arizona for Transmission Rebuilds in Scottsdale is far from it plus his sister in training is rude and impolite because she refused to make it right. By the way AAMCO gave me a three year warranty and did the job right the first time. Kenneth Wayne Tully your bill was paid on my charge card so don’t make up false accountings and pad bills for your defective work. It’ my opinion Kenneth Wayne Tully treated me in a deceptive manner to gain my trust and did include a list of parts and where he got them and I would like to see that list of parts. So Keneth Wayne Tully over charges me again and his works is sub-Standard and totally unacceptable and totaly failed in nine month just like the first time.

Beware of Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully owner Acclaim Car & Truck Repair and don’t forget your first and second transmission rebuilds on my Chevy Silverado that failed in nine months. I could not risk taking a third chance and pay Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully a third time when he did did not rebuild my transmission right the first and second time time and your second failure you wanted more money. You you need to respect your customers and to do your work right the first time and you refused to honor your guarantee after the first and second failures. Plus I have receipts paid in full on your first transmission repair. You did not mention the $2,700 paid in full and I paid your bill in full for your your first transmission rebuild that failed after nine months and should have been not charged me a dime for his second repair that failed in nine months and was under his warranty. Both of his repairs failed and he did not earn his money that I paid him. I don’t understand but I do question his vast multitude of manufactured perfect reviews that are five months old and he does not list one Transmission Rebuild. It’s a fact that a rebuilt transmission is a bonafide major repair and not some wannabe transmission specialist who cannot repair the job in an hour or two. I am sorry I recommended Acclaim Auto & Truck Repair to others plus Mr Kenneth Wayne Tully needs to learn to respect his customers instead of mistreating them.
Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully had no idea how hard I had to work to pay his bills for his two substandard defective transmission rebuilds. He did not deserve a penny for his shoddy work. However the third time I went to the qualified AAMCO Transmission Specialist Jonathan Butler at AAMCO TRANSMISSION at 2727 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257 to get it repaired right the first time right the first time around the corner. By the way that cost me $3,000 dollars and they stated the previous two Transmission Rebuilds were not professional and not once but twice Acclaim Auto Truck repaired failed twice in nine months. He refused my calls, refused to tell me why he failed and when I mentioned his guarantee and compensation he yelled threats at me to leave. For his two Transmission repairs I paid Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully I paid over $4,100 dollars by card, cash and check. The repair at AAMCO cost me $3,000 dollars and they did a did fantastic job and AAMCO is the best Transmission Repair Shop in Arizona. However Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully because of your boasting failures you cost me $7,00.00 dollars. That’s what I spent on you and your total failed flim-flam transmission rebuilds that you failed to repair and complete correctly. BTW Mr.Kenneth Wayne Tully I have been more than fair with you and I trusted you a second time to rebuild my transmission and you failed a second time. You refused to refund my money for your shoddy work leaving me stranded without transportation. Ken Tully your not Ponceaus Pilot and you cannot wash your debt and responsibilities away to me by refusing to act like an adult. Where does it say you get paid for doing shoddy work and get to keep the money? I had to pay AAMCO over $3,000 dollars to rebuild my transmission that you failed to rebuild twice and where does it say you get paid for shoddy work and leaving my vehicle undrivable? It was I who paid you and you could not rebuild my transmission after your two failed attempts that I paid you twice for. Send me a refund, By the way most of his reviews on Google are fake plus there all posted in the last five months.

Look for a fax sent from AMMOCO to you. Mr. Tully lied to me and on the first repair he was paid in advance and paid in full. He refused to honor his guarantee and he lied because he refused to honor his word warranty twice and lied to me about the warranty from the beginning and refused to discuss it. Since he made me leave his premises he refused my attempt to get him to repair my transmission that he guaranteed.. I paid for Taxis and rental cars and he refused to mentioned it. His refusal to pay for his defective work has to be addressed and he was paid $2700 for his first transmission repair and I need so called receipt paid a thousand down payment and add the $3,000.00 paid to AMMACO because he refused to honor his word and guarantee and because my vehicle could not be driven, Those two totals come to $5200.00 I have not be compensated for my loss of the use of my vehicle for over three weeks. Him and his sister yelled screamed at me to leave in a threatening manner. He could have easily repaired it right the first and second time under warranty and I would like to know if he actually did the work and needed money that should have gone to the repair of my vehicle. Did he lie and he keep the warrant money? He never did a detailed account of his work and did not supply a list of parts he used used on my vehicle, why? I think he did a temporary repair and put in cheap parts used a gimmick to make a temporary transmission repair like when the use to put greased sawdust in transmissions to make them appear as in good mechanical condition.

These so-called electrologists have no scruples or ethics, they adopt any title they see fit, their training is minimal with the average being 50 to 120 hours and very often they use faddish, unproven treatments. They use lasers, electric tweezers, microwave treatments, gels, ointments, Pico-flash and will tell you electrolysis is painful when it is not. After advertising themselves as electrologists they will switch you over to the dangerous ineffective laser, microwave, intense light treatments often without a physician present, as required by law. They lie to you while telling you the laser isn’t painful when the F.D.A. ruled that it’s illegal for them to advertise or claim permanent and painless hair removal. They also illegally advertise permanent hair removal by laser. The F.D.A. has ruled that only Electrologists may advertise “Permanent Hair Removal.” So if a so-called certified electrologist wants to give you laser treatments, ask them to put it in writing that it will be permanent and painless like they claim Laser Parlors also will ask you to pay up to $3000.00 in advance and they will finance and it will cost you a fortune in interest alone. Never pay in advance for Laser Treatments because if you can’t tolerate them you still have to pay for them.
For your safety always ask the Laser Parlor Operator for a written guarantee of permanent and painless hair removal before you part with your hard-earned money. It is very easy for them to switch you over to a laser treatment when you have unknowingly signed a consent form to have electrolysis treatments, unless you read the fine print carefully. When in Arizona beware of electrologists that claim to be certified professional electrologists, certified clinical electrologists, certified medical electrologists and the certified clinical and medical electrologists are store bought diplomas. If you have the slightest doubt or inkling they are not licensed call their state board of electrologists for verification. Make sure you call their State Board Of Electrologists, not the American Electrology Association who certified them. The only people that can license and register electrologist is a governmental State Board of Electrologists. If an electrologist claims to be a Certified Professional Electrologist they are not licensed and registered. There was an electrologist in Prescott, Arizona known as Betty Sullivan who claimed to be licensed but after an investigation they found out she was a licensed manicurist from Minnesota who does not have a state board of electrologists.

It’s a known fact that certification titles do not mean a person is a state licensed and registered electrologist and good example is the Certified Professional Electrologist course. Always remember non-licensed electrologists try to appear and want you to think they are licensed and registered as an electrologist, example they use Jane Doe, C.P.E. Certified Professional Electrologist. Bonafide licensed and registered electrologists will always advertise, Kimberly Williams, R.E., Massachusetts Licensed & Registered electrologist.
For the record it is my professional opinion that the Certified Professional Electrologist that paltry certification course by itself does not prepare a layperson in any form or manner to be able to perform a safe competent electrolysis treatment. These questionable electrolysis certifications courses and diplomas appear, infer and bestow ornate diplomas and titles with credentials upon undeserving frauds who think that its alright to purchase an education and their credentials even the course they took was from 50 to 120 hours long. Additionally the certification tests are elementary grade school level hoaxes consisting of simple true and false and multiple-choice questions. In addition they do not require a high school diploma, background check nor do they require individuals to take an electrolysis “Practical Application” examination in any form or manner to prove they are competent. However in the end these desktop diploma mills turn out Certified Quacks that are an insult to honest licensed and registered electrologists that earned their credentials and successfully completed an accredited electrolysis school and passed their dual state board examinations.
Consumer beware I have compiled a list of titles that non-licensed electrologists frequently use. Other ways that non-licensed electrologists try to appear as licensed electrologists is to join multiple electrolysis associations, who do not require an electrologist to be educated, state licensed and registered as an electrologist for membership. I repeat these associations do not emphasize nor require state license and registration as an electrologist for membership nevertheless they wholeheartedly promote the proliferation of themselves as uneducated non-licensed Combination Electrologists Laser Parlor Operators.

However it is amusing that there is a one person who claims she graduated from the Arizona State School of Electrology and the Arizona State School of Electrolysis which are fictitious electrolysis and electrology schools that never existed in Arizona. Don’t you think it’s kind of hard for Jessica Sideways to live her own life, though, when she is stalking you? For me, Hairtell was an endorsement of electrologists. This was especially true of James W. Walker VII, who is the moderator of Hairtell. Walker is “Hairtell itself!” My reasons for posting the following is to describe how terribly wronged I have been by this unscrupulous person. Clients beware and NEVER give your money up-front. I have learned a terrible lesson.
Below is a copy of my complaint filed with the New York Attorney General as well as a link to photos taken of his establishment?
COVER STATEMENT:
I am a young woman from Germany. I entered an agreement with James Walker of Buffalo, New York, to receive electrolysis treatments. I pre-paid for my treatments and for a guest room he provides. The conditions of his establishment are appalling. Because of these hazardous conditions, I terminated my schedule with him.
Although I am now “out” $6,000, my primary goal in filing with the State of New York is to have some authority look into this establishment. The conditions I will be explaining are a significant threat to the Health & Safety of the public.
BACKGROUND:
The AMA (American Medical Association) classifies ELECTROLYSIS as an electro-surgical procedure to remove (human) hair permanently. The procedure involves inserting a sterile needle into each hair follicle (skin’s full-depth). An electric current is applied, via the needle, and blood vessels and stem cells in the skin and follicle are destroyed.
Understanding the potential risks of serious infection (e.g., hepatitis and HIV), the American Electrology Association worked with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) to establish Rules and Regulations for electrolysis procedures. These Rules have become standard and enforceable in the profession. My claim is centered on the extremely filthy conditions I encountered at the following electrolysis business, and my legitimate concerns about contracting an illness as a result.
JAMES W. WALKER VII, doing business as: “EXECUTIVE CLEARANCE”:
I contacted James W. Walker VII, though the internet site, www.hairtell.com. We agreed on my arrival time from Germany to Buffalo, NY, for electrolysis treatments for a period of two weeks. Walker has a “guest room” at his office that he rents to patients, and I agreed to stay in this room. Per his requirements, I pre-paid him the sum of $8400 for treatment (84 hours), and $560 for staying in his guest room (Total: $8960.) I completed 25 hours of treatment.
CONDITIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT:
Arriving at Walker’s establishment, I was horrified to see the conditions. He showed me to my room, and it was a disaster. The sheets on the unmade bed had been slept in and the room smelled of human odor and mold. There was so much clutter in the room that it’s a firetrap. I did not see any smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. There were electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, holes in the walls and mold on the walls.
The bathroom was horrendous. The toilet had not been flushed or cleaned. There was black mold on the walls. The scummy tub contained old used dried-out towels. Soiled towels were all over the filthy bathroom floor.
I did not stay there and went, instead, to a hotel. I was very upset, but since I had already paid for my treatments, I decided to try to overlook the mess and start treatment. I eventually could not tolerate the conditions and walked away from having any further treatments. (There were other issues with Walker, but the extreme filth is my primary complaint.) I later discovered that electrologists are required to sterilize their instruments such as forceps (tweezers). There was no sterilization mechanism to be seen. The forceps he used on me were left out on the dirty bathroom sink and used on me every day (see photo). One time, he dropped the forceps on the dirty floor, picked it up and continued working on me. Electrologists are required to place fresh cloth or paper towels on the treatment table for each client. The sheets that Walker used were badly soiled and had definitely been used with other clients (the smell and stains). He never changed the coverings!
Wearing latex gloves is standard in the practice. Indeed, Walker wore gloves, but he wore the same pair all day long. He would drive his car with these gloves, return to the office and start working on me without changing these gloves (even after using the toilet or taking his many breaks). Whether or not the State becomes involved in my individual case, I hope that an appropriate agency will look into the DANGEROUS conditions of this establishment, for the Health & Safety of the public. I am not familiar with American laws, but such a filthy MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT would not be legal in Germany.
Please look at my photos and the attached descriptions. These photos were taken surreptitiously because there are “security cameras” located (and hidden) throughout the establishment. I was very uncomfortable because I had no idea when and where I was being videotaped.

I have said,”New York state desperately needs mandatory licensing for electrologists and if they had a New York State Board Electrologists this tragedy would not have never happened and James Walker, NLE aka Non-licensed electrologist would not exist.” In addition without mandatory licensing people like James Walker the VII would not pass the checks and balances to qualify to become a student electrologist. All student electrologists must pass a police back-round check and possess a minimum of a high school diploma and blood testing to make sure your free of STDS also known sexually transmitted diseases. Once accepted at a state board approved school in Massachusetts a student must complete 500 Hours of Theoretical Sciences that include, Endocrinology,Histology, Physiology, Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy,Pharmacology, Electricity and Ethics while attending school you take your theory in the morning and 600 hours of practical application training. During your education you have written and verbal testing, midterm examinations. Additionally you have a final examination and when have passed them your required to take your dual Massachusetts 2-hour written Massachusetts state board examination that you must pass to take your final practical state board examination. From that point on you wait thirty days for your letter from the Massachusetts State of Electrologists that says, “congratulations” your are now a Massachusetts Licensed & Registered Electrologist.
From that point on you find an office and after decorating and furnishing you notify the Massachusetts State Board of Electrologists to inspect your office for approval and while practicing electrolysis your office can be inspected without notification and any violations they will fine you and too many violations they will close your office and offer you the option taking classes to get your license back. One other item you really have to pay attention to the rules and regulations and I run my office as if I am in Massachusetts. This is how the Massachusetts State Board of Electrologists keep out the Riff-Raff and German Girl had no inkling that New York state has no protection which means no state board to protect the consumer by criminals who have become non-licensed electrologists and James Walker the VII does not have the minimum of the American Electrology Association to become the minimum to become a Certified Professional Electrologist. Nonetheless he advertises James Walker, CPE however James flunked his Certified Professional Electrologist test however he claims he did it to make a political statement that he taught himself. My God the Certified Professional Electrologist is a true and false multiple choice test is grade school at best test but he says he is and that says it all. In addition James does not respect licensed electrologists in any form or manner and he harrasses them with his non-licensed misfits on Hartell.

Nothing replaces doing the footwork of seeing as many as you can, and figuring out which one(s) are the best available to you, and who will do what you want done, in the way that best suites you.
CPE = Certified Professional Electrologist, An Internationally recognized credential created by The American Electrology Association and the Chauncey company that made the SAT, and many other professional educational tests (LSAT, GRE, MCAT) A person who passes this test is allowed to practice in most places in the world with little or no further testing. That being said, some people have passed this test and still are lousy at the hands on job of performing electrolysis.
RE & LE = Registered Electrologist, and Licensed Electrologist, Depending on your locality, they either register electrologists, or license them. These credentials only state that the practitioner is in compliance with the local rules. CCE = Certified Clinical Electrologist, A test that is mailed out to the proctor of your choice who is trusted to make sure that you take the test fairly, and return it for grading. CME = Certified Medical Electrologist, a misrepresentation of double talk, since this credential is really meant to blur the distinction between Electrologists and practitioners of Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. To get this credential, you must already have a current CPE, or CCE and sit for a test on the practice of Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation (LASER)for the purpose of Hair Removal. I would not be too trusting of this credential either just because one could possibly cheat their way to the CCE, and then pay for a two day course to prep for the CME with the owner of the test, and then sit for the test at the end of the class. I will say, however, that I am not saying that anyone with this credential is untrustworthy, I am just saying that the credential itself is no guarantee.

oubt James Walker the VII does more harm than good however after you read German-Girls complaint you will learn that 99% of the electrologists on Hairtell.con are not licensed electrologists in any form or manner. The only have one licensed electrologists from California, Mike Bunto and Dee Sayer from Ohio and have no idea why they have not spoken in behalf of German-Girl and demand that her money be returned.In the United States of America this is what we call a “Crying Shame” that German-Girl a Transwoman gets ripped off shortly after landing she is out $8600.00 paid in advance to James Walker the VII. By the way I could give Seanad a referral to the right Endocrinologist that would maintain her endocrine disorder where she would feel better and happy with her life instead of having a potassium imbalance for the rest of her life.
If she had done this in Massachusetts she would have had good experience. James Walker refuses to return her money in addition he refused her treatment. However German-Girls description of James Walkers Executive Clearance is “Filth ala Mode” and not fit for human beings. In addition I want to say just because you are Transgendered does not make a better electrologist and really bothers me because I am a Post-Op Transwoman and a Massachusetts Licensed & Registered Electrologist and from 1976 to 1979 I worked my way through Miss Kelly’ School of Electrology and working full time and going to school was a great experience that builds your character from the inside to out. Going through my transition at Miss Kelly’s School Electrology was difficult because it only takes one bigoted person to make a Transwomen miserable. But the owner of Miss Kelly’s of Electrology was Gay and we became close friends and from that point I maintained an A+ average and was at the top of my class. I had to psychologically fight my through electrolysis school because we always had a few spiteful bigots just like you that hated Transwomen. So I am going to give you my opinion about Andrea James the owner of Hairtell.com.I first encountered Andrea James when I listed my office Boston Electrolysis on TSroadmap.con After one week she was keyword stuffing Boston Electrolysis in TSroadmap.com which displaced my website ranking for Boston-Electrolysis,com I thought about it and at that time she was pagejacking wy website Boston-electrolsis.com. So I called her the next day and asked Andrea politely to remove Boston-Electrolysis.com from her site tsroadmap.com. She went legitmately insane and posted hate inspied lies on her Hairfacts.com website https://www.hairfacts.com/avoid/boston-electrolysis-warning/. I requested by email to remove Boston-Electrolysis.com and sent more request until she removed. Than she called me up and there was Her Majesty of Hatred calling me the F-Word and other obscene language and from that point on her Narcissistic Personality Disorder takes over her reasoning and everywhere on the Internet she spewed hatred.
In addition I fought back and Andrea James is not well liked with the exception of her uneducated non licensed electrologists at Hairtell.com as time passed I learned those non-licensed electrologists were the worst in my professional opinion the Certified Professional Electrologists certificate is a joke and a hoax and no one ever failed the exam with the exception of James Walker the VII. However Andrea James wrote this little Gem amd she said “,I am one of the best known consumer activists in the hair removal industry. Andrea james your knowledge of electrolysis is a joke as is your keynote speech at the AEA convention. Well Andrea that’s wonderful that you have reached your zenith and that you lectured the American Electrology Association. Gee willikers and what did you learn there ? You learned to use non-licensed uneducated electrologist to steal for you! Over the years I learned that not one non-licensed electrologist could make it through the requirements to become a Massachusetts Licensed and Registered electrologist because they quit high school or had a criminal record or an STD. Well Andrea James if you want to play show and tell click the links and read about my lectures at Harvard Medical School from 1983-1987 By the way Andrea there were 400 Professors of Medicine at my first lecture at Harvard Medical School and so you can read my credentials click the link on the far left and the others so you can realize that everything you say is a jealous envious lie. Andrea James your so full of hate plus and can’t admit when your wrong.
Gee Andrea your such a Mental Midget how come you were not asked to lecture at Harvard Medical School? However get control of your life and how would explain to James Walker the VII that you wanted the best and for your information they are 1,650 electrologists that would cut you to ribbons and protest your attacks on licensed electrologists. I have people that call me from Massachusetts for a referral to a licensed and registered electrologist. By the way Andrea your biggest mistake was bad-mouthing licensed electrologists. Andrea your thug at large James Walker the VII will turn on you to save himself from prosecution and who can understand famed economist Deerde Mcloskey joined the Hairtell Hatefest and don’t forget Schatzi AKA Pavement Princess and lefty2g1 who was a MA licensed electrologist who died ten years ago and your still posting comments by him even though he is dead aka Todt.
That’s how desperate that James Walkers the moderator is because he has no friends so he for joining in on your “Hatefest At Hairtell.con . Below is a copy of my complaint filed with the New York Attorney General as well as a link to photos taken of his establishment.
GERMAN-GIRLS COVER STATEMENT:
I am a young woman from Germany. I entered an agreement with James Walker of Buffalo, New York, to receive electrolysis treatments. I pre-paid for my treatments and for a guest room he provides. The conditions of his establishment are appalling. Because of these hazardous conditions, I terminated my schedule with him. Although I am now “out” $6,000, my primary goal in filing with the State of New York is to have some authority look into this establishment. The conditions I will be explaining are a significant threat to the Health & Safety of the public.
BACKGROUND:
The AMA (American Medical Association) classifies ELECTROLYSIS as an electro-surgical procedure to remove (human) hair permanently. The procedure involves inserting a sterile needle into each hair follicle (skin’s full-depth). An electric current is applied, via the needle, and blood vessels and stem cells in the skin and follicle are destroyed. Understanding the potential risks of serious infection (e.g., hepatitis and HIV), the American Electrology Association worked with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) to establish Rules and Regulations for electrolysis procedures. These Rules have become standard and enforceable in the profession.
My claim is centered on the extremely filthy conditions I encountered at the following electrolysis business, and my legitimate concerns about contracting an illness as a result.
JAMES W. WALKER VII, doing business as: “EXECUTIVE CLEARANCE”:
I contacted James W. Walker VII, though the internet site, www.hairtell.com. We agreed on my arrival time from Germany to Buffalo, NY, for electrolysis treatments for a period of two weeks. Walker has a “guest room” at his office that he rents to patients, and I agreed to stay in this room. Per his requirements, I pre-paid him the sum of $8,400.00 for treatment (84 hours), and $560 for staying in his guest room (Total: $8960.) I completed 25 hours of treatment.
CONDITIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT:
Arriving at Walker’s establishment, I was horrified to see the conditions. He showed me to my room, and it was a disaster. The sheets on the unmade bed had been slept in and the room smelled of human odor and mold. There was so much clutter in the room that it’s a firetrap. I did not see any smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. There were electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, holes in the walls and mold on the walls.
The bathroom was horrendous. The toilet had not been flushed or cleaned. There was black mold on the walls. The scummy tub contained old used dried-out towels. Soiled towels were all over the filthy bathroom floor.
I did not stay there and went, instead, to a hotel.
I was very upset, but since I had already paid for my treatments, I decided to try to overlook the mess and start treatment. I eventually could not tolerate the conditions and walked away from having any further treatments. (There were other issues with Walker, but the extreme filth is my primary complaint.)
I later discovered that electrologists are required to sterilize their instruments such as forceps (tweezers). There was no sterilization mechanism to be seen. The forceps he used on me were left out on the dirty bathroom sink and used on me every day (see photo). One time, he dropped the forceps on the dirty floor, picked it up and continued working on me.
Electrologists are required to place fresh cloth or paper towels on the treatment table for each client. The sheets that Walker used were badly soiled and had definitely been used with other clients (the smell and stains). He never changed the coverings!
Wearing latex gloves is standard in the practice. Indeed, Walker wore gloves, but he wore the same pair all day long. He would drive his car with these gloves, return to the office and start working on me without changing these gloves (even after using the toilet or taking his many breaks).
Whether or not the State becomes involved in my individual case, I hope that an appropriate agency will look into the DANGEROUS conditions of this establishment, for the Health & Safety of the public. I am not familiar with American laws, but such a filthy MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT would not be legal in Germany.
Please look at my photos and the attached descriptions. These photos were taken surreptitiously because there are “security cameras” located (and hidden) throughout the establishment. I was very uncomfortable because I had no idea when and where I was being video taped.

We can only pity Andrea James because she craves gratification in hurting other people’s feelings and slandering this Massachusetts licensed and registered electrologist with one lie after another proves beyond a shadow of a doubt she is sociopath with no redeeming qualities.
