Giselle this entire document is my upgraded Rebottle to Mr. Tully I paid $2700.00 in full for the first transmission repair that went bad after nine months and gave him a down payment on the second transmission repair and that went bad in nine months and refused to honor his warranties a second time and after that Mr.Kenneth Wayne Tully screamed at me to leave and  said don’t come back I went to AAMCO and paid them  $3000.00 to repair my transmission and Ken Tully is a liar and cheat and two his failed transmission proves he does shoddy work and dishonor his word and payment to me. Giselle go to this link and see the updated article about mr. kenneth tully.  Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully of owner of  Acclaim Auto and Truck Repair is deceptive and refuses to honor his WARRANTY.  If we have go court he cant get away with it. I paid for rental cars, taxicabs and loss of income and he’s crying. Crocodile Tears and lying like he’s the victim because of his two failed transmission repairs. You will receive the payment receipts I paid to AAMOCO soon.. The money I Paid for the first Transmission repair was 2700.00 paid in full and down payment for the second  transmission repair failed in nine months and don’t forget  the $3000 I.paid to AMMACO totalling $3000.00 for the third transmission after Mr.Kenneth Wayne Tullys. first and second transmission repair. Look for a fax sent from AMMOCO to you. Mr. Tully lied to me and on the first repair he was paid in advance and paid in full. He refused to honor his guarantee and he lied because he refused to honor his word warranty twice and lied to me about the warranty from the beginning and refused to discuss it. Since he made me leave his premises he refused my attempt to get him to repair my transmission that he guaranteed.. I paid for Taxis and rental cars and he refused to mentioned it. His refusal to pay for his defective work has to be addressed and  he was paid $2700 for his first transmission repair and I need so called receipt paid a thousand down payment and add the $3,000.00 paid to AMMACO because he refused to honor his word and guarantee and because my vehicle could not be driven, Those two totals come to $5200.00 I have not be compensated for my loss of the use of my vehicle for over three weeks. Him and his sister yelled screamed at me to leave in a threatening manner. Here is Mr. Tully sister replying to me and she said, “Kimberly, Ken has been more then fair with you, but we don’t work for free. As we have told you many times, if you would just pay your outstanding bill of $2779.48 we would be more then happy to look at the new problems arising with your truck.  I Kimberly Williams say you and your bother known as Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tulley missed the boat and accusation that I owe you money for your two failed Transmission Rebuilds that your your brother Mr.Kenneth Wayne Tully refused to honor and guarantee-warranty and I paid in full $2700. dollars for your fist failed Transmission rebuild failed in nine months and after that I paid a down payment of a $1,000.00 and payments your brother Kenneth Wayne Tully a second transmission repair failed in nine months just like the first failed transmission repair and that make your brother an inept mechanic. Plus he did not mention his first Transmission on my 2004 Chevy Silverado. Mr. Kenneth Tully broke his word and refused to honor his guarantee. I’ll bet your brother did not tell you how he failed twice to rebuild my transmission.
Dear Madam Tully I am upset when you yelled at me with your brother Ken who screamed at me to leave the premise. After that your brother used you as a shield to refuse calls from me and when I mentioned the warranty you hung up the phone and blocked my calls. Is that how treat your loyal customers after Ken failed first transmission rebuild a failed in nine months? In addition Ken Second Transmission rebuild failed twice in nine months.  Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully failed twice to rebuild my transmission. I was compelled to go elsewhere to have my transmission repaired at AMMOCO since you forced  me of the premise and sit down like adults to work it out.  After the second rebuild of my transmission failed in nine months I was compelled to AAMCO treated me with respect and I had to pay them $3,000.00 to do the job right after your brother Ken Tully first and second transmission rebuild failed in 9 month just like the first time.  What do you think of that? But why did your brother Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully refuses to honor his word and warranty after two his two failures.  In my book that make him a two time loser who can’t rebuild a transmission in any for or manner. I spend allot of money and Acclaim Auto & Truck Repair failed twice to does rebuild my transmission which failed a second time after nine months it smells something is rotten in Denmark and than you  smear on google which so unprofessional and you blame me for your brothers failure when you owe me $7000.00 dollars and that does not include taxis and rental cars and other expenses I paid for brings it t0 $9,000.oo dollars. You did not deserve any money and charged a large down payment to repair my transmission a second time when t=he work was covered under your warranty and that’s that!

Gisselle and Yurall of the BBB as you can see I am thorough and Mr. ken tully removed his guarantee from his website and why did he do that to refuse to guarantee his repair for two of his defective transmission botch jobs. This act by Mr. Tully is deception and his warrantee is below. Now you can see how Mr. Ken Tully operates because he never did any of the services he claims he did for me or my vehicle. Go to the links above and his claims and how he denied me the right service for his two defective transmission repairs.. For he is discriminating against me and that violates The Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Act. He refused to honor his 3 year warranty below. It took me a while to find his guaranty and he lies that his non payment is a manufactured lie and it’s  illegal and unfair I was a good customer to him and referred clients to him and he treats me like this. His claim of my non payment is a lie as you can see below because he had no right to demand more payment from me for his two botched transmission repairs when he conveniently refused to discuss his guaranty and had no right to demand more money when he was paid in full for his first transmission repair that failed in nine months period and that smacks of greed.

Kimberly Williams I was in the U.S.A.F Air Police 823 Combat Support Group and know how to find information.and I am an honorably discharged Veteran of the USAF. He could have easily repaired it right the first and second time under warranty and I would like to know if he actually did the work and needed money that should have gone to the repair of my vehicle. Did he lie and he keep the warrant money? He never did a detailed account of his work and did not supply a list of parts he used used on my vehicle, why? I think he did a temporary  repair and put in cheap parts used a gimmick to make a temporary transmission repair like when the use to put greased sawdust in transmissions to make them appear as in good mechanical condition.
