Yes and Laser Hair Removal never underwent a double blind study to see of this was possible and safe. In fact the laser was pushed on the market to make a quick for it’s financers. Below are medical conditions caused by laser parlors.

Why women have to endure so much suffering with unwanted facial hair problems caused by PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), Hyper-Trichiasis, and Hypo-Trichiasis cause by slow and fast Thyroid syndromes and now the latest cosmetic woe Paradoxical Hypertrichosis. What my peers fail to mention is that Paradoxical Hypertrichosis is being caused by the laser they use and then turn around and treat again with the only permanent solution which is Electrolysis thus double dipping on you the patient; talk about a money grab…

It’s amazing how the FDA has failed to mention laser treatments after patients had suffered first, second and third degree burns from laser hair removal. Now they are doing it again with Paradoxical Induced Hypertrichosis. Laser Parlor companies are lying when they advertise Permanent Hair Removal. FDA Statutes forbid them to claim permanent hair removal. The only practitioners capable of achieving Permanent Hair Removal are professionally educated and trained, “State Licensed & Registered Electrologists.”

Many Laser Parlor Operators slowly became aware over time that laser hair removal therapy stimulates hair growth soon after the laser was introduced in 1998. However, Laser Parlors knowingly spin a web of decption that Laser Hair Removal Treatments are safe, effective, and permanent when in fact they are actually stimulating stimulating heavy facial hair growth on all treated areas and most notably the face has heavy beard growth like a man.

Multiple cases of unwanted Paradoxical Hypertrichosis arrived soon after laser epilation in 1998. In essence if you have laser hair removal treatment than you should have  the laser parlor operator attach a rider to your laser hair removal contract that requires the responsible party to pay for your electrolysis treatments should you come down with, Acute Paradoxical Hypertrichosis with a large increase of hair growth.

The one identify claim they graduated from “A State School of Electrolysis” or “State School of Electrology.” They insert they graduation from a state school of Electrology. These terms fool potential consumers who think they unscroupoulous individuals never graduated from a State School of Electrology or the make believe school The Arizona State School of Electrology  Electrolysis.” If you doubt the aleged electrologist ask to see see their Bonefide Diploma from their Electrolysis Diploma which always a state approved with A state seal from the Arizona board of Electrologists which does not exist in anny form or manned.

Most if not all non-licensed non-educated non-licensed electrologists in Arizona rely heavily on the old quick-quack instant Diploma Mill Electrolysis Certificates courses such as the Cerified Professional Electrologists, Certified Clinical Electrologist, Certified Medical Electrologists and Proud Member of International Guild of Professioal Hair Removal Society. However their number one choice and all time favorite and the most easily attained title for the academically challenged undereducated wanabe non-licensed electrologist is the cherished Certified Professional Electrologist. Now down and out non-educated folks can claim to be electrologists and proudly point to their beautifully embellished and ornately embossed Certified Professional Electrologist certificate and they will tell you how mentally challenging their 120-hour quick-quack certification course was. Fact and for the record most Arizona Residents are unaware that their education has not been approved by the Arizona State Board of Education and that means they are not licensed and registered to practice electrolysis. In addition to that their 120 hour Certified Professional Electrologist course did not require a practical electrolysis examination. In addition regarding the written part of that test answers where made available before the exam with multiple choices and true and false testing. Furthermore sources have informed me that no one has ever flunked the test.

For the record in 1990 the non-licensed electrologists of Arizona voted down the creation of a State Board Of Electrologists, which would have been outright gift from the state that would have grandfathered them in as licensed and registered electrologists. Out of paranoia they voted against a creation of an Arizona state board of electrologists because they thought they would have to attend an electrolysis school. Others voiced their concern and objections that their offices could be inspected for hygiene and sanitation and unhappy consumers could lodge complaints for bad work and unethical conduct. Fact an Electrologist’s basic education is the bedrock foundation and the beginning of an electrologist’s ability to learn and to provide a safe competent treatment for the patient. Without a state board we have no enforcement to oversee the quality of electrolysis treatments, sterilization and safety standards are met and maintained. In other words when it comes to electrolysis treatments in Arizona the Quacks can exaggerate there printed credentials to their hearts content. However who has the right to supply them with a 120-hour course and than empower that person as a competent as a certified professional electrologist? Fact where I come from grades are earned and learned and not bought at the local five and dime store.

Licensed and registered electrologists who worked hard and went to electrolysis school are appalled that the quacks can easily purchase credentials. Additionally they have a total lack of ethics coupled with lawless behavior and misconduct. In spite of this these individuals instead of doing what’s right and go to an accredited electrolysis school routinely they fabricate their credentials over the years and lie to the public and infer they are licensed and registered electrologists. In states like Arizona with no state board of electrologists some of these non-licensed quacks have harassed, threatened and even try to intimidate licensed electrologists that have relocated to Arizona. Jealous non-licensed electrologists have coerced their so called friends and even their own children to harass licensed and registered electrolgists by making phony appointments, obscene call ups and hang-ups and they even have degenerate thugs make physical threats by email in addition to vandalism of private property. However it is the non-licensed quacks who claim to be Certified Professional Electrologists.

Recently I have observed a particular Nnon-licensed electrologist advertising on the internet claiming that she alone alone is the only graduate of the Arizona State School Of Electrology and The Arizona State School of Electrolysis. Because I am the owner of Boston Electrolysis™ America’s only finishing school for licensed and registered electrologists I thought it would be nice to list the schools for students starting from scratch. Well I was curious to say the least about an Internet website where a non-licensed certified electrologist claimed to be a graduate of the Arizona State School Of Electrology and the Arizona State School of Electrolysis so I conducted an exhaustive search for the Arizona State School Of Electrology. For the record I could not find a trace of the school with no address or any of its other graduates except for one whom I do not mention. So I looked at the website again and thought if I was a consumer reading and thinking to myself well she is a graduate of the Arizona State School of Electrology and The Arizona State School of Electrolysis and the fact that she implied that she went a state school that most likely she is a licensed and registered electrologist. However she failed to mention that she was not a licensed and registered electrologist, how strange to be graduate electrologist of the Arizona State School of Electrology however she is not a licensed and registered electrologist?

Now my curiosity was peaked and I thought someone’s telling a fib so I sent of a letter of inquiry to Mr. Keith Blanchard Deputy Director of the Arizona State Board of Post Secondary Private Education. Please see letter below.

A brief introduction, my name is Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean and I am a Massachusetts licensed and registered electrologist who relocated to Arizona 1991. Mr. Blanchard the state of Arizona has no legislated laws or requisite educational requirements to practice as an electrologist. Furthermore without a state board of electrologists we have more dishonest people claiming they are professionally educated in addition to falsely claiming and advertising or inferring they are licensed and registered electrologists.

Mr. Blanchard as you see I have printed copy of the front page of a web advertisement where the owner of a Med-Spa, Ms. I-never-went-to-school claims she is a graduate of the Arizona State School Of Electrology and the Arizona State School Of Electrolysis. Mr. Blanchard non-licensed electrologists are blight to my profession and they are quite creative when it comes to deceptive misleading false advertising. Mr. Blanchard it my belief the Arizona State School Of Electrology never existed however for the consumer looking for a qualified electrologist they read her ad and they think oh, she must be a licensed and registered electrologist because it says she graduated from the Arizona State School Of Electrology and the Arizona State School Of Electrolysis.

Mr. Blanchard I have website known as Boston School Of Electrolysis which has free online educational articles and information plus an online newspaper called The Five Star Electrologist© where I write articles and expose fake electrologists and there scams. Presently I am close to completing a list of fake electrolysis schools where quite a few non-licensed electrologists in Arizona have been printing their own diplomas with false and misleading advertising.

Mr. Blanchard I would appreciate your help if would please confirm whether or not the Arizona State School of Electrology ever existed. In addition I have another request about an ethically challenged electrolysis school that actually existed and it was known as The Arizona State School of Electrology whose curriculum and teaching methods where quite dubious to say the least in addition to problems such as offering a correspondence course for electrolysis. Furthermore I am investigating there selling of diplomas without training in addition to problems from overcharging on student loans plus the fabrication of actual training hours and verification. Mr. Blanchard if you would please send me a copy of the curriculum and all other information about the Institute Of Electrolysis including its years of operation I would be most appreciative.

Well the evidence is in black and white thanks to hard work Mr. Keith Blanchard Deputy Director of The Arizona State Board Of Post Secondary Education who completed an exhaustive and extensive search found no record for The Arizona State School Of Electrology. You are probably asking why I did not expose and make known the name the woman claiming to be the only known graduate of The Arizona State School Of Electrology? Fact it is my policy and belief to get people interested so they have a sincere desire to be educated at an accredited electrolysis school where they will learn the value of professional ethics and honest advertising. Non-licensed quacks advertise electrolysis as the bait or should I their lure to get you the consumer in their door because their electrolysis treatments are so incompetent they switch you over to laser with their new lie and say, “Trust me I was certified electrologist before I switched to the laser.” Consumers beware it is your right to ask, “Are you a licensed and registered electrologist?” Now that you know difference between a professional and a fraud you know the questions to ask and you should be able to find a competent licensed and registered electrologist. For the record I have never met one certified electrologist who could perform a comfortable decent treatment and now with their additional 50-hour course these certified Laser Parlor Operators want you to trust them. However in the end one must ask why do they spend years faking it and print bogus credentials when they could have completed and graduated from an accredited licensed electrolysis school part or full time in three months to a year?

So after short amount of time Mr. Keith Blanchard Deputy Director, of the Arizona State Board of Post Secondary Education conducted a search and sent me the letter below.

Well the evidence is in black and white thanks to hard work Mr. Keith Blanchard Deputy Director of The Arizona State Board Of Post Secondary Education who completed an exhaustive and extensive search found no record for The Arizona State School Of Electrology. You are probably asking why I did not expose and make known the name the woman claiming to be the only known graduate of The Arizona State School Of Electrology? Fact it is my policy and belief to get people interested so they have a sincere desire to be educated at an accredited electrolysis school where they will learn the value of professional ethics and honest advertising. Licensed and registered electrologists take pride that we are educated, trained, tested, licensed and registered and that we took the time and made the effort to learn and earn our credentials.

This letter involves certain unknown Yelp.com employee in the Boston Yelp Office or another Yelp.com location where a Yelp.com employee has been bribed, corrupted or coerced by a Homophobe or a Trans-Basher and a Trans-Hater in the Boston Metropolitan area. I would hate to think that Jeremy Stoppleman a prominent member of San Francisco’s Gay Community would personally be involved where he is aware that he employs a sociopath to commit such despicable acts of hatred against members of the GLBTG Community like me. Recently, I received an anonymous blocked call by a man claiming to be a Yelp.com employee who threatened my life and to disrupt my website ranking for my Boston Electrolysis®websites known as bostoelectrolysis.com, bostonelectrolysisyellowpages.com, bostonelectrology.net,bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com and boston-electrology.com.

Evidently the low-life Transbasher and laser parlor operators have some ability or access to Yelp.com’s computers because he or they have maliciously disrupted my website ranking in addition to illegally using my identity to post stolen copyrighted content and photographs of my office on Yelp.com as one of his ways of harassing members of the Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgendered Community. Because of my scientific thesis known as, “Laser Hair Removal America’s Most Dangerous Unproven Technology” which proves that laser hair removal is dangerous and temporary at best. It’s apparent that certain laser hair removal parlors are paying Yelp.com to disrupt my website ranking for my Boston Electrolysis® websites however a verbal death threat concerns me and the police who stated you need evidence and a witness to prove it. This means I will pack my S&W 357 with me at all times. The temporary Laser Hair Removal Parlors in the Boston area are frightened that consumers will read my thesis which proves beyond a shadow of doubt that laser hair removal equipment emits harmful cancer causing Ultra Violet Radiation which is not safe and causes basal and squamous skin cancer in addition to the evidence that laser hair removal is not permanent and is very painful. Presently laser parlor operators are so painful they offer anesthetic injections of Lidocaine, Marcaine and IV Sedation with Demerol, Morphine and Valium.

My name is Kimberly Williams, and I am the owner of the trademark BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS®. I am also the owner of United States Registration No. 3,601,889 granted April 7, 2009 for the mark BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS for providing permanent hair removal services. On May 13, 2014, my registration was declared “incontestable” by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This incontestable Federal registration constitutes conclusive evidence and notice to the public of the validity of the registered mark and of the registration of the mark, of my ownership of the mark, and of my exclusive right to use the registered mark in commerce for providing permanent hair removal services.

I have used my trademark BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS®continuously since January 2000, or for more than fourteen (14) years, for providing hair removal services. My current place of business is located in Scottsdale, Arizona at the address listed above. Yelp, Inc. has been infringing my trademark, using it without my permission and over my protests.

Mr. Stoppelman, I am aware that Yelp.com is being paid by certain advertisers to deliberately displace my website ranking by stuffing my exclusive trademark and business name BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS® through the use of cloaked script and blatant reproduction. For more than two years, your website Yelp.com has escalated its illegal, unethical assault on my business by monopolizing its unauthorized use of my federally registered and incontestable trademark without my permission. As evidence by the enclosed form of links and printouts, your website had stuffed my trademark BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS® more than 125 times on yelp.com pages. It appears that this specialized form of internet extortion and harassment is intended to destroy my website ranking and business?

Many times I tried calling Yelp.com’s Scottsdale location, where only voice messaging is possible. No one has ever called me back to address my complaints and efforts at resolution. When I called your San Francisco and Scottsdale offices asking to speak to you, your staff informed me that you are not available, and refused to continuing speaking with me once I mentioned that Yelp.com was infringing my trademark. In additional, your staff has failed to respond to my emails and letters, claiming they never received them. Are you proud of the way your business is being run? I have refused to join Yelp.com, yet you have posted my listing as if I had joined willingly. Yelp.com has allowed a user known as “Shelby S aka the cyber stalker” to post inaccurate, unflattering photos of my parking lot. How dare Yelp.com post misleading photographs of my office in an obvious effort to make my office look bad? In addition, Yelp.com has illegally leased my BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS®trademark to Boston-area advertisers without my permission, allowing these advertisers to promote their businesses under the trademark that belongs exclusively to me: BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS ®.

Cease and desist demand.

Mr. Stoppelman, I hereby demand that Yelp.com cease and desist their improper, unauthorized use of my BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS®trademark on all pages of the Yelp.com website within three (3) days of your receipt of this FAX. Failure to desist using my Boston Electrolysis®Trademarked name will result my pursuing legal remedies, with punitive monetary damage for the last two years. Please be advised that I have made and kept complete records of Yelp.com’s escalating illegal abuse. If you do note cease and desist, I will bring your company’s shameful actions against me to the attention of law enforcement and the media. To date, I have informed the Better Business Bureau. If you take no action within the above- specified time limit, I will file additional complaints, including the names of the involved advertisers, with the Scottsdale Police Department, the FBI Hate Taskforce, The Arizona Commission against Discrimination, and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.

Yelp.com is Aware That Cyber-Stalking is motivated by prejudice and hate?

More particularly, I have previously informed the Oakland Better Business Bureau (BBB), your hosting company Dynamic Network Services, Inc., and members of your staff that at least one and perhaps two of your advertisers have been cybertalking my business by intentionally paying Yelp.com to disrupt my BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS®website ranking. I filed a trademark complaint against a Google Ads advertiser for abuse, and his Google account was permanently cancelled. Directly after he lost his Google account, he hired Yelp.com to continue the disruptions of my website rankings for my BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS® websites including www.bostonelectrolysis.com, www.bostonelectrolysis.net and www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com. Mr. Stoppelman, my understanding is that the BBB notified you as to the seriousness of the escalating cybertalking that Yelp.com is facilitating. The offending advertiser has been stalking me because I am Transgendered, and he has made you and Yelp.com his partners in Hate Crimes against me. He violates the Matthew Shepherd Crimes Act by deliberately disrupting my BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS website ranking, and hence my business. I find it shocking, Mr. Stoppelman, that you, as a member of the Gay community, would be complicit in selling me out and knowingly accepting payment from two advertisers, one of which has threatened my life and promised to ruin my business.

By your inaction, Mr. Stoppelman, you have become an accomplice to the shameful actions of your unprincipled staff and advertising force. The willful actions of Yelp.com have empowered a sick, twisted individual who cyber stalked me for ten years, fueled by the sick hatred of him and his sister of Transgendered women. As a member of the Gay Community, you should know that unsolved murders and acts of violence against Transgendered Women are the highest in the United States compared with any other group of people. Mr. Stoppelman I am 66 years of age and handicapped, and I must work to support myself. I refuse to belong to Yelp.com because it is paradise for sick Homophobes and others who hate and single out Transgendered business owners. As soon as you posted my BOSTON ELECTROLYSIS business on Yelp.com, a cyber stalker posted sick, twisted comments about the fact that I am transgendered, which has nothing to do with how I run my business and perform electrolysis treatments. It took two months of my time to get Yelp.com remove that sick comment by an anonymous hater. I have reviewed your entire web site. I do not see other businesses attacked in this manner. I can only conclude that your advertising people have singled me as the target for their hatred of me being transgendered. Mr. Stoppelman, do you screen your employees? Do you knowingly allow them to commit acts of prejudice, discrimination and hatred against members of the GLBT Community? This could leave you and your advertising staff vulnerable to civil and criminal charges, because eventually this hater will slip and be caught. This hater is from Boston, and I am sure he has compromised one or more of your Yelp employees in the Boston Yelp office. I relocated to Arizona from Boston in part because of the extreme racism and prejudice there against members of GLBT Community.

The say laser parlor operators target the dark pigment in the shaft to the very base of the hair follicle which is the germinative papillae. Why is grey-haired is not generally suitable for laser hair removal?
